Polycarbonatex Reviews

The company is great and they couldn't do enough for me to help and ensure that I was happy with my new roof and the fitting of it.
The website is excellent and filled with handy guides on every part of the process. They even have a WhatsApp number you can contact and speak to someone really quickly with any concerns or support.
The only thing that let my experience down was the courier - The first lot of my items were sent via DX Express, they delivered only 1 of 3 parcels on the first delivery slot - thanks guys but kind of useless without the rest... Took them another 4 days to return with the rest so pretty frustrating when you have booked time off work etc. Second order they used AIT - Took another day off to meet them on the allotted slot they text me but nothing arrived - called and queried to be told sorry its stuck in Nottingham and won't be here for a few more days... More frustration but eventually got everything.
I refuse to reduce my rating from 5 star because the company themselves are EXCELLENT but they do need a better courier or as a customer you need lots of patience.
Thank you :-)

Really disappointed with my experience with this company. I made my order on 11/08/2026. 2 of 3 parts arrived via DX a week later as expected, although DX failed to notify of delivery so it was lucky I was home!
Called about the 3rd part, batted back and forth until finally I’m told a new part is being sent out with a different company. This part is now not due to arrive until 01/09/2026! My builder has moved on to other jobs and is now unavailable so my whole timeline is messed up and the weather has turned! It’s a real shame as the panels delivered look good, but without the parts they are useless! Not impressed overall and wouldn’t recommend due to massive delays and communication issues with delivery!

Website clear and accurate, easy to purchase and delivery ok. Would have been useful to get an actual confirmation of the arrival date but it worked out in the end.

All ways get the best service as usual

Goods delivered in good condition, all fine there, but it took such a long time that I had to chase it up to find out where it was. Ridiculously slow for these days!
