The product is high quality and is true to size. I would've rated it a 5 star, but I didn't receive my package until after Christmas, a week past the promised time. But overall, their product is great!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
I paid for express shipping so I could get the items faster. After 11 days, I checked again thinking my order was on its way since I paid the express shipping. Found out my order was still unfulfilled. I emailed them and even chat with their so called customer service. They said they will ship my order and it should get to me 14-20 days. If I didn't hear from them in 5 days, contact them back. Honestly, I was excited when I placed my order. But, when I checked and my order was still unfulfilled, I was disappointed. So, I let them know that I needed them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was denied cause they said it was already ready to be shipped. Funny cause I just checked before I contacted them that my order was unfulfilled. But, I got told that it was ready to be shipped.
That kind of business ethic is unreliable, unprofessional and definitely not trustworthy.
So, if I have one advice to give, RUN! If you are in the United States, buy from a business in the United States and don't waste your money on items coming from China. That way, you can see the items and check to make sure the quality of the items are worth your money.

As standard, our products are handcrafted and they will be shipped out after 14 days from the date you order. For express shipping, we use DHL and it will take around 5 days.
Besides, as our policy, we only can help cancel customer’s order within the first 24 hours from the time you place it.
At present, it is just 11-12 days already. Your judgment is not fair for us because our products are designed by our own designer team and we have manufacturers from many countries in the world such as China, UK, USA, Canada... Due to the Covid-19 situation, other factories are affected, and we have to put the products into the factory in China not to increase an additional fee (it can be 2-3 times increase).
As time frames, your parcel will be with you around 18-20 days and I will push the courier prior to this. Hope that you can understand us due to an unexpected situation.
