I have ordered a few times now from Pond Planet and have always had a great experience. Very speedy dispatch (less than an hour after the order was placed!), well packaged and fast delivery. Customer service is very good too - for one order an item I had purchased was out of stock, and they were very quick to contact me to offer an alternative or refund. Prices are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Rang for advice on Tuesday 10h August, Tim was great explained in detail what was needed, ordered the Pressure filter rock cover, delivered 12.00 Tuesday 11th August, fits perfectly as explained, the customer service is excellent, first time used and will definitely use in the future. Thank you.

Highly Recommended!!! Building our Koi Pond and have had dealings with most of the major suppliers. Bought lots of stuff from them all came on time in good condition and at the best price. What i really liked was there big range which ment i could buy everthing i needed in one place. Also sent some things back and got a refund with no issues.

Excellent customer service. I had a manufacturing issue with some components (not Pond Planet's fault), not only did they replace the faulty components, they also replaced the other component that I had solvent welded to the faulty items :-) Very impressed. I will certainly use Pond Planet again.

Absolute superstars! Stocked a (hard to find item), which was perfect, and I ended up buying some fish too, which have been very hardy. Great stuff!
