Smart Window Cleaning Reviews

Can’t fault Andrew at all
Very quick response, clear communication and evidently takes a lot of pride in his work. Left our windows that have not been cleaned in about 9 months looking like brand new.
Was very professional and ensured his work around our offices was done safely.
Overall, would highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Gutters, soffit, windows and facia gleaming! All for a good price. Thank you Andy 😊

We were happy on the day - but even happier when visitors a few days later said "'wow' have you had your house repainted?" So clean windows, fascias and soffits made a huge difference to the overall look of our house. Thanks Andy for your excellent work.

Andy came to help us out get our newly opened BnB up to scratch for all our windows, fast reliable service with a smile and did an excellent job across our whole property.

Thanks again!

Having used this company for many years without any problems, they suddenly stopped coming.
I called to ask why and they told me it was no longer financially viable for them to clean my windows any more!??
When I suggested that they should have told me they weren't coming any more, the man on the phone was rude and unapologetic.
Dreadful customer service.
Would definitely NOT recommend.
With regard to dog mess in the garden, the cleaner always phoned before he came, so we could pick up any dog mess. This system worked well for many years and so it was not a problem.
They have definitely cleaned our windows in the last few months.
I have never been abusive to the staff of this company, bit the man on the phone was extremely rude to me.

I have now received a full apology from this company which I very much appreciate. Had this happened when I called, this review would not have been posted.

Truly excellent service right from initial quote to job well done.

Will certainly use again.

We have been using Smart Window Cleaning for many years, Andy is very friendly, reliable, efficient and the price’s are good. If you need any work of this nature, he’s your man !!

I specifically needed my gutters cleaning as they were clogged which is not the easiest task on a 3 storey house but Andy made light work of it. Highly recommended.

Top notch service at a reasonable price. Our Windows at out new office hadn't been done inside or out in a couple of years due the building being vacant and the difference once they were completed were amazing!

So good, we've set up a recurring clean service.

Thanks!

Very good service from Andrew who helped us clear our difficult conservatory gutter. We will use them again.

Andy is a really decent guy and always willing to do a little extra if necessary. Very happy with quality of work, Would highly recommend.

After being let down by two previous window cleaners, I was feeling dubious about trying again. Thank goodness I did as Andy really has been third time lucky. - windows cleaned to a very high standard whilst I was out, no need question if they had been done as they were sparkling clean. Very reasonable price, highly recommended and will be using regularly from now on - Thank you Andy.

Andy has been a real help and a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and I would highly recommend Smart Window Cleaning!

Very pleased with results. Soffit, facia and gutting look amazing.
Andy arrived exactly on time. Very personable man.
No hard sell did more than quoted for i.e did windows and downpipes.
Would highly recommend.

A great job , the fascias and soffits look like new and they were in a bad state before Andy tackled them !
Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Just had our gutters, soffits, fascia and windows cleaned after moving in to our new house. They were badly in need of it after years of neglect. Andy did a phenomenal job of restoring them to their former glory with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

A really great service, value for money.reliable, cannot be faulted, thoroughly recommended for both window cleaning and gutter clearance.

Everything about the service we received was excellent. Our windows have never been so clean.
