When asked how our menu had been edited incorrectly they couldn't provide an audit trail.
After being told how to import contacts with phone numbers to then learn that it was useless since we can't text them unless they sign up through Pop menu platform.
Nothing that deters us from looking for a better option, but good enough to not leave all together.

Popmenu tools, menus maintenance and other functions good use more improvement. The layout tools for the blog and mass emails have improved but are still fairly crude. The menus need the choice of several master menus so that their can be several location groups on different pricing tiers. Sometimes when I'm arranging the item order of the menus, ie-putting new items at the top, the items start scrolling and can't be stopped. We don't like that Google reviews can't be separated from the Popmenu reviews but Popmenu is currently working on that.

Of course I'm biased, since I own the place but I do also eat the food almost daily and since this review request came to me, I also pay for the food. Chef Mike made my Pandan burger amazingly. I have to say it's a top 3 burger in the city. Everyone needs to get one!

Popmenu has been great from start to finish. They've listened to our requests and feedback and made some really dynamic and beautiful websites for us. We've seen online sales go up drastically already and we've only had it turned on for a short time. Before Popmenu our online sales at two locations were only a few hundred dollars per month despite busy in-house sales. That number is now several thousand per month and growing every week. I like all of the data that they provide and how easy it is to integrate to Toast. It saves me time and I love that!
