Hello Poppo Live Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my former agency. The agent refuses to pay my earned salary/points for the last week.
My Host ID: 77748266
Former Agent/Agency ID: 65410460 ( this one it’s also her 67120967 )
The agent claims they won't pay because I moved to a new agency, which violates Poppo Live rules. I did not receive any coins or help from them, I grew my account by myself.
I have attached screenshots of our chat where the agent explicitly refuses to pay me.
Please review this case, take disciplinary action against this agency, and help me recover my earnings.

Poppo live took 6000 points from me. When I switched to my old phone and login with my same ID but told me I committed fraud. Knowing very well that you can't be on live at the same it with a same ID. Since then they became hostile claiming I was sleeping on camera. I ended up stop doing being active. They use automatic response not reading exactly the reason why the ticket was raised.

I'm really happy about this app it's helpful for me it's my good friend to me 2and the enjoyment I'm not bored anymore3i found family and friends from other province,country we are one big family rim new but I'm excited about as I'm new I'm hoping to get bgold diamond

Their livestream is a major problem, your 2minutes counting can go for 30minutes. When you reach live chat all they can say is stream bit longer. Pathetic services

Poppo Live is fun, but the rate per hour dropped, so it takes much longer to cash out. Still okay, but the payout system needs improvement.

The company needs to work on the games. It cannot be most people on the platform are complaining. This App takes more than it gives. It gives you once then it keeps taking tripple. For example the fishing game if you win once you don't win again for a long time. They are frustrating people with the still need points part yet their games are not adding up with the requirements as you have to keep buying coins and not winning from the games. I wish they can work on how to balance the taking and the giving.
