Scam
I signed up with Porch hoping to get real construction leads, but it’s been a complete waste of time and money. Most of the “leads” I received were either fake, had wrong contact info, or the homeowner never even requested service in the first place. Out of all the leads I paid for, almost none turned into actual jobs.

I recently hired Mike and the team at M&S Zorgol for a full exterior painting and partial renovation of my home, and I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with the results—or the incredible speed at which they completed such an amazing transformation!
Their work ethic and attention to detail were truly excellent.
From the very first consultation, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They guided me through choosing the perfect color palette for both the exterior and interior, suggesting ideas I never would’ve thought of—but now absolutely love. The painters were meticulous, respectful of my space, and left everything spotless at the end of each day. The final walkthrough was quick, thorough, and left me extremely impressed.
The renovation work—especially the bathroom upgrades—was equally outstanding. After having to part ways with a previous contractor due to lack of skill and poor workmanship, Mike's team stepped in and exceeded all expectations. They installed modern floating vanities and sinks in both our master and secondary bathrooms, replaced outdated fixtures, added stunning backlit mirrors, and even repaired damaged drywall seamlessly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch—my bathrooms and exterior now look like something out of a magazine!
Communication throughout the project was clear and timely. Every question I had was answered quickly, and any changes I requested were met with a “no problem” attitude. Best of all, the project was completed on time and within budget—a rare combination these days.
I’ve already recommended Mike and his team to several friends, neighbors, and family members—and he's already picked up more work from them after they saw the results firsthand. I will absolutely be using them again for future home improvement projects.
My home has truly been transformed. Thank you for making it feel like home again!

Appointment scheduled for 10:30 a.m. The "pro" was a NO SHOW! I called Porch's main number. They "couldn't find him." Almost two hours later, they call me back and say they are "trying to get someone else, but it may be in a day or so." No thanks!
Terrible, waste of time, experience! I made SO MANY special arrangements for this project, all to experience their lack of follow-through and utter, unapologetic incompetence.

A complete joke and scam
I needed an inground hoop installed. The guy was supposed to show up Friday at 12. I received a call around 12:30 saying they couldnt find the guy. Saturday the guy calls and says hes on his way. He actually shows up and goes over the job. He says he needs $50 for concrete, which I pay and get a receipt and that he will be back tomorrow. For the next 4 days the guy says "Ill be there tomorrow ". Needless to say, he never came back. Thanks Dave, for taking my money and wasting my time
