Professional service from zacc all the way through. Everything was kept easy to understand and he never moved on until we understood everything. All questions were answered with the same clarity. Lola took charge of the exchange process and kept everything and everyone on track until the exchange took place. We receive regular construction updates and hope to work with Portico again later this year.

We cannot fault Portico Invest in any way. Their staff are professional and hard working. If your usual consultant is not available, someone else will try to help. At first, the notion of being abroad throughout the entire purchase process instilled discomfort within me, but I was amazed to find Adeel handle everything seamlessly. His professionalism and attention to detail during the entire process is something I appreciate deeply. James was a really likable and friendly chap and I enjoyed learning from him and gaining valuable information about property investments. What I really appreciate is the constant flow of information and communication, even at weekends. My partner and I could sit down and go through things at times suitable for us, and make a list of questions.
