twas on time, food was hot, handled properly and I love throwing promotions :)

Delivered with care and good food

Support is non existent. I've tried to call and been greeted with a recording that voice support is not available. I've tried to chat and the order is not selectable in the app. I've tried to chat from a PC with the same problem. There is a support ticket inbox in the app with no apparent way to add a support ticket. With the amount of money I pay this company, how can they have removed all support avenues and consider themselves viable?

I love supporting a local business like this. They're always great with order notes and make really good food that scratches that old school greasy spoon diner feel.

Whoever the driver was left the food with the next door neighbor not good

Postmates lets you know what restaurants have low delivery fees or no fees with promotions. Nice variety of restaurants, and lets customers know about new restaurants on their app to give a try. Delivers groceries and alcohol as well.

Good but it should be cheaper (the fees).

Really surprised - so fresh, beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious! I ordered very late, close to their closing, and despite that, the food & presentation was fabulous. Definitely found a new place that has now been added to my favorites. Sorry I didn't take pics - food was too tempting and I forgot.

One restaurant cancel my order, I,contac Postmates because coupon was used and founds were in hold. The fixed raid away. Thank you! It was one order for my Only child (20) who’s life if very busy at this time. Working,studies and She is a new mom. I’m in NC She is all away in Nebraska.

I have specific instructions and the driver delivered at the wrong address. I never received my food. I’m very frustrated.

So I bought some pasta that was supposed to be BOGO but I was charged full price for it and I was missing food from one of my orders. I contacted support to get my money back. They didn't do anything about it. They literally said they were going to transfer me to someone and they were going to respond in 6-12 hrs...it's been 3 days with no response.
