This is one of the best company's I have ever come across.
This is one of the best company's I have ever dealt with. The staff could not have been more helpful they were polite and went out of their way to help.
I really got the feeling I was dealing with a friend they were so polite.
If I need any sort of packaging in the future this is where I will go and I cannot recommend them to highly. A well deserved 5 stars.

3 days wasted and more to come
Been waiting in for 3 days hoping for delivery of my boxes. They should have been delivered 3 days ago. Post Pack's tracking system is rubbish - doesn't tell me who the courier firm is or where the consignment has got to. Very disappointed with this company. Needed the boxes to be delivered within the time frame given. Now I have disappointed and angry cusotmers. And I still don't know when the boxes may arrive (if ever?)

Good Quality Boxes
Boxes came in decent time and seem to be really good quality - my only complaint would be that you don’t receive any updates on shipping until the day they are delivered.

Overall my experience was really good
Overall my experience was really good, I found the website easy to use and the the box I ordered looks amazing, the delivery was the only thing that was a bit of a let down. I found the delivery fee quite expensive, It was more than the box. I know it was a large package I ordered but was a bit of disappointment to be honest. The box was exactly what I ordered and it looks fab though.

Boxes were completely different to the images illustrated, I appreciate small print but this was just a case of pure misleading mis-representation - cannot recommend in the slightest

Very impressed
Postpack really helped me with a very last minute request. They offered a number of solutions to my problem and then turned it around within 30 minutes ready for me to ship to London the same day. I was extremely impressed. Great quality as well. Thank you!

A great source for made-to-measure packaging.
