I've been ordering from Postpack since 2023 but consistently for about a year now and I've always recieved great service. Nick is my main point of contact who is always friendly and efficient.

Extremely slow delivery process.
I ordered my item on 22/11/22, no tracking number provided, contacted them various number of times, but kept getting different answers, first Emma told me it would be delivered on the 5th day of the order purchased, nothing arrived, so I contacted them again, second answer was they did not have the premium white paper. So I changed my order, for the different paper. It is very frustrating, on the website it says 4 – 5 working day delivery date. It is 8 working days. Nothing arrived! Everything could have been solved on the first call, and if I did not contact them I would wait forever for my order and it would never arrive!
Rip off Attempt!
I ordered 20 small flat packed boxes on Tuesday at a cost of just under £28. Today, Friday I emailed to find out if they were on their way. Having already paid for the delivery I was gob smacked, to put it mildly, to get an email back saying because I live 'in the Highlands' I had to pay ANOTHER £29 + VAT. Now this package in its totality measures 650mm x 540mm x 110mm and weighs just 2.3KG.
I pointed out that they should be using Royal Mail for packages weighing under 20KG but sadly it was a case of fingers in ears and "la la I cant hear you" as they insisted they couldn't do that... well why not? I bet Royal Mail delivers to THEM!
I copied my MP in on the emails, but Emma from Sales took him out in every reply... I put him back in so he can see for himself how unfairly his constituents are treated
I have made a complaint to Consumer Advice who work with Trading Standards and hope someone puts an end to these rip off delivery attempt
Update: Consumer Advice have responded "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any service being provided by a trader must be carried out as a reasonable price. If a specific price has been agreed in the contract then this is the price that should be charged."
"If you feel the price the trader is charging is not reasonable then you could use evidence of other interpretations of the cost for the same work and ask them to reduce the bill considering the difference. It is usually best to obtain estimates from two or three similar traders which you can use as a starting point in your negotiations."
Royal Mail would be MUCH cheaper as would Evri, DPD and a multitude of others...
The advice continues "If you haven’t already done so then you should always begin by raising your concerns with the trader to see if you can to come to an agreement. If you have been unable to resolve matters or just want to make things more formal, then you should consider a formal letter of complaint."
(PS I just bought the same product made by a different company from Amazon and because I have Prime... no delivery charge)

Excellent customer service.
I ordered some custom made boxes to transport a musical instrument and found the whole team very helpful. When my delivery didn’t arrive when initially expected, the company was quick to address this. Order arrived well packaged. I was really impressed by the customer service. All promises to act and get back to me were kept. Prices compared well with Amazon.

A positive experience
I was was well looked after by Steve Chambers from sales, who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Placed quite a large order for custom sized boxes, needed for a forthcoming move. Delivery arrived within the promised time of 3-4 working days and delivery (5 packages) arrived in good condition as they were packed reasonably well (of course always room for improvement). Courier used was DX, which were very good. Have yet to start using the boxes, but having unwrapped them, they seem to be of good double-walled quality as expected.
Have had mixed past experiences ordering from other firms, but this experience with Postpack, has certainly been one of the better ones.
Fantastic Customer Experience
I needed a bespoke cardboard box for TV, but by the time I put the order through, I realised I needed another bespoke cardboard box. I also needed these in 3 working days because I was moving house. I contacted to ask if I could fast-track the two orders, and I was very happy to be told I would get them in time, and they would refund for the fact I paid twice for P&P.
Bad experience
I ordered a large double walled box but was sent a single walled box instead. I need to send a hifi through the post so really need a strong box. I have contacted postpack for a refund or exchange but I’ve had no response.
Bought one else where now. Would not recommend.
Boxes were OK
Boxes were OK although two out of four came unstuck along a seam before they were even assembled. Delivery information was poor with no tracking until a text message at 8am on the morning of delivery.
Great custom boxes
I was searching for someone to make custom sized boxes; as none of the standard sizes were suitable for what I needed to box up. Came across Postpack with their custom service, choice of layers and colour as well as no minimum order quantity meant that this was an easy choice. Delivery speed was good given the fact they are made to order. Would use again.
