It was probably not an issue with…
It was probably not an issue with Postpack themselves but more the couriers they use.
Order all items to be delivered net working day delivery and despite ordering as a single order one item arrived on working day two and the other on working day three

Boxing world heavy weight
Really happy with my boxes. I found it hard to find ones this size anywhere in different colours and not only did you have the size I needed I could choose the colour of them inside or out.

Very poor customer service…
Sadly I have received very poor service and miscommunication. It’s now been 3 weeks since my order , first to be told they have attempted to deliver twice (no) and then that the consignment was returned due to being damaged in transit and no delivery attempts have been made. I have received no email or curtesy call to let me know this has happened and had to keep enquiring myself. I’m unlikey to repurchase, especially considering I have yet to have any apology or compensation for the extreme delay.

Good product, pleased in general
I got a box of specific dimensions. Good product . They could find a more clever way for the customer to find a specific product in their website. Good prices but the delivery charge is a bit high

Super fast and fab quality
I can't believe how quickly my custom package order was received. I have ordered samples from a number of places for double wall cardboard boxes but these by far are the best quality.

Happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase of pet carriers, which I shall be using to carry hedgehogs to and from rescue centres. This is a good quality product, sturdy and easy to construct. The site was easy to navigate, communication and delivery were good. Very good value for money.

We used 2 of the boxes on an airplane…
We used 2 of the boxes on an airplane to the USA and they were both crushed when we received them. I was not overly impressed with the strength of the cardboard but we were under a time constraint at the time and had to use the boxes. We still have 8 boxes left and we will not use them. Also, I made the booking on my mobile phone on December 28th and paid for next day delivery. Apparently there was a notification on the website that they were not open over the holidays but it was not visible on a mobile phone. So we paid a premium for delivery but did not receive the boxes until the afternoon before they needed to be packed. It was very stressful and disappointing.
