Delivery man is very supportive and helped me to ensure that the right location was found.

Service is great as I was able to call and confirm my order and get my details correct.

Really great communication with the people from Potico. Was able to plan everything from abroad and they deliver the flower on time!

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for your help with my order. You were very kind and patient while helping me with the payment, and the bouquet I received was absolutely beautiful. I really appreciate your excellent service!

Since the Valentine mishap in 2023, after giving them another shot, it has been my go to choice for gifts and flowers.

Been with them since and they have been reliable albeit having delays for deliveries, which I believe is mainly caused by 3rd party logistics partners.

Responses for enquiries and instances of refunds were attended to too.
Keep it up, Potico!

Love the services ! At first I was worried they won’t be able to contact me because I do not have Thai phone number . But I’m glad they WhatsApp me ! thank you so much!! I managed to surprised my girlfriend ! 🤗🤗
