La calidad de las bolsas es aceptable aunque se podrían mejorar. En cuanto al tiempo que demora el envio desde Holanda? Es inaceptable. He comprado anteriormente bolsas en Taiwan y como es posible q esten en tienda en 4 dias?

Thank you for your review on TrustPilot. We like to learn from our customers everyday. We understand that you are not happy with the lead-time of the delivery of your order. To review the lead-time this is what happend:
11-09: order placed on 22:46 hour. We take orders till 20:00 hour
12-09: order processed and DPD-parcel service pickup the package 18:10 hour
13-09: first working day for delivery
The weekends are no working days
18-09: delivery 11:27 hour on the fourth working day.
The lead-time from Netherlands to Spain is 3 to 4 working day. We think it was within the limits. Do you still have a different opinion? Please let me know.
Can you inform me about the improvements you expect to see on the product? Please know that you only have to pay the pouches which you can use. If you have some pouches with a mistake in it please sent us a picture to show us the problem.

Todo OK Y producto perfecto pero DPD con algún retraso.
La calidad del producto, muy buena y profesional. PouchDirect muy bien, salida rápida del almacén y envío. Aunque la recepción de los paquetes ha sido mala porque hemos tenido que ir a buscarlos a medio camino puesto llegaban con más de 2 días de retraso y eran urgentes. DPD y en España Seur, mal. Lo demás bien!

Unfortunately we have to work with one the bigger logistic companies in Europe. We made the choice for DPD parcel service and we know that 100% on time delivery is not possible.we regrets the fact that your delivery had a 2 days delay, especially when you need the product fast.
We are happy with your feedback; 'PouchDirect service was nice, and the product was perfect. We are happy with PouchDirect and we will buy again, but our first experience with DPD in Spain, was bad.'

For this reason the pouches can be ordered from a low minimum of 100 units, which is much lower than at most other companies.
