First of all there was over a month delay in dispatch.
Secondly, The parcels value was registered as 69.35 Euro instead of 22.95.
This meant that I had to pay customs charges of 15.95.
This is the second time that this particular error has occurred with this company.
I previously received the wrong fabric from them-cotton not viscose as described.

I have had great service from them and any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly. They share good offers and the materials are good quiality.

Simple ordering, gorgeous fabrics & tracked delivery - perfect!

I did a free fabric trial. To make a zip up little bag. The fabric was lovely. It was a nice surprise that the interfacing was iron on and not sew in. I have a good amount of fabric left so I will make some more things. Only downside was there was no instructions so had to just makeup a pattern myself.

First time of ordering from Pound A Metre and very pleased indeed with the quality of the fabric. It was easy to handle and sew.
The time between order and delivery was bit longer than I’d expected but appreciated the emailed updates.

Waited 2 weeks for my order and when I enquired it hadn’t even been dispatched! Asked for a refund.

My parcel wasn’t shipped after 2 weeks so I contacted the company, they said they would get it out asap so I left it another week then contacted them again, another week goes by and still no parcel, the item ended up going out of stock so I had to have the wrong colour in the end, not ideal.

Impeccable service. An item was missing from my order. Just one email sent, which was answered immediately and the missing item was in the post. The goods received are very good value for the money.

Spoilt for choice with the selection of cotton fabrics. This meant I bought more than I needed at this moment in time. No problems with delivery.

Ordered a small box of mixed fabric remnants (£7.00)as per advert. Once opened, all I recieved was tiny strips of fabrics (no use at all), not a single piece of fabric, plus had a bad odour.Not concerned about the price, don't want a refund, just want people to be aware of this company. Completley different to what they advertised.
Left a message on voicemail, no feedback. Avoid.
