My remortgage went through so quickly it almost made my head spin. John was really helpful and efficient. He explained each step in a way that was easy to understand, and was on the ball getting back to me if I had queries or needed to give him more information. The previous broker company I had been to didn’t fully understand my situation so failed to do what I wanted.
