No luck cashing out

Tried to cash out. They put me through a frustrating list of documents to upload. Including selfies which I thought was unnecessary.
I never did get my cash out and walked away down over $2000 before I was blocked by the chat agent.
Horrible service. Game selection is mid. Chat agents are rude and don't respond outside there working hours. Save yourself the time and move on !!

They ask me for my bank card with first 6 and last 4 digital to visible i do that and i cover the digits in between...they said u can t edit the the picture i said ok i put a sticky note...and then they ask me for a selfie with my id in my hand i do that but wait a minute the picture it s a little blurry so i sent another one now i wait...it s been a week my money still in their account...i have many accounts with different apps and the verification it s easy and straight forward never had problems...

If I could I would put ZERO stars , this site are scammers they will let you play for couple weeks and than make excuse not to pay you if you win , just went through it . Lots other legit sites .

Significant initial T&C violations, but trust is slowly being rebuilt.

As an active player with two years of experience across 40+ Ontario-regulated casinos, I wanted to provide a factual account of my experience with PowerPlay.

​The Initial Withdrawal Crisis:
My first session was successful, resulting in a large win without any sign-up bonuses. However, it took 9 to 11 days to receive my first withdrawal. This was a direct violation of their own published Terms & Conditions regarding payout timelines (which usually state 0-4 hours or up to 3 days for first-time verification). During this period, support provided only open-ended replies that caused significant stress and forced me to prepare (but not yet file) formal disputes with iGaming Ontario and the AGCO.

​The "Hidden" Solution:
Interestingly, I found a workaround through other community reviews: making a fresh $10 deposit seemed to "trigger" the system and release my second withdrawal. Support did not advise me of this; I had to figure it out myself. Once I did this, my third withdrawal was finally paid in full on the 11th day.

​The Current Experience:
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued playing. Since the initial hurdle, I have had a few seamless withdrawals. I did have one over $1,000 get "tied up," but after cancelling it after 24 hours and re-requesting a slightly smaller amount (leaving $100 in the account), it was processed within hours.

​Technical Observations:
​The App vs. Browser: The Android app is currently unreliable and often fails to load the full library. I recommend using Google Chrome on mobile for a better experience.
​Filtering: There is no way to filter by provider (e.g., Games Global, Playtech) on the app or the mobile site, which is frustrating for seasoned players.
​Gameplay Glitches: I have consistently experienced a glitch where hitting a bonus round causes the game to cut off. It eventually restarts at the bonus, but it is disruptive.

​Final Verdict:
I am cautiously optimistic. The withdrawal process has become "slow but steady" and feels fairer now. I shouldn't have had to escalate to the point of a formal dispute to get my first payout, and I hope their customer service improves their transparency. Open-ended responses are not acceptable for a regulated market.
​There is potential here, and I hope they tighten up their operations for Ontario.

Note that my whole casino experience is ongoing but chose a date of March 30 to land in between the beginning of the main issue and final resolution.

I closed my account after being a pretty active player due to this company always leaving old bonus available on my screen to trick me. I'd click on a bonus that was shown available to learn after I deposited that it's been used or not available. If that's the case don't show it on my offers section

This sits lack integrity and the government needs to look into it as it feels fraudulent and seeming like a biker gang fraud scam.
