Sent the wrong product but dealt with it well
Sent the wrong product but when I phoned to point this out they were very polite and apologetic. They immediately sent the right product, together with a prepaid returns label, trusting me to return the original item to them. Well done.

Brilliant company, exceptional service
Brilliant company to deal with. We couldn't get our product set up, a phone call to the company resolved the issue (no waiting about on the phone due to Covid - a miracle in itself!) a replacement was sent out straight away which arrived next day!! Exceptional customer service, I would give them 10 stars 😊

this item is good value for money, only issue was an extra days wait for dispatch due to staff shortages due to covid, not really a major issue, I spoke to them and they explained the issue, their email system sent out an incorrect dispatch notice.
I would recommend this company, they were on the ball with my enquiry and did not try to hide what went wrong.
