Powersports Online was very upfront with the process. They offered payment just to try their product and actually paid it right away just as promised. I was actually really surprised b y that. We decided it wasn't something that we could use at my shop at the time, so I cancelled it. I was pleasantly surprised again by how easy it was to cancel. This company has been very honest and easy to deal with, and I will definetly keep them in mind if our needs change in the future.

This was not what we were expecting when we were unknowingly signed up for a "free" business listing and a search engine that we had never heard of before.

We pride our relationship from our vendors, we received nothing but a final notice demanding payment for services we didn't even know existed.

Upon contacting the company we were told we would no longer be responsible for the payment, this was their only saving grace.

Powersports Online was helpful in many areas of our Business. They're experts in online business generate more traffic through online targeted market campaigns.

What they had to offer was impressive. The kit they sent us was super informative and included the $40 they promised for taking the time to look at it.

PowerSports Online offered us $40 to reveiw the materials sent to us for their marketing services. They did send us a check and upon review of the materials we decided that it was not for us. We called and cancelled right away without any problem.

A few months ago I was sent the material to review and it looks like it would be a good service for some larger shops. I'm just a small motorcycle shop and I can't justify using the service at this time. There was no pressure on me to sign up and I was happy to receive the $40 check for reviewing the material.

Totally scammed.. they have been charging our business account for 3 months. Says we talked to a guy named Ocean Henderson. We dont know how they got our info unless it was a previous employee with no authority... we have notified our bank and filed a claim... sincerely pinellas powersports

Powersports online called us to go over their services and gave us $40 for our time. Every time i talk to one of their representatives they are always so nice and very helpful. They are not pushy by any means and will always take the time to make sure you know how to navigate their website.

Online sales have taken over the major consumer markets of the motorcycle industry, it's time to step up and get a slice of that market.
Brick and mortar shops are so busy selling 15 different brands that the service suffers when it comes time for warranty or recalls they take forever to complete.
Lets face it the new generation of users is weak and has no interest
in dirt bikes or street-bikes, they want DRIFT CARS and Road race cars, So it's the last of the Baby boomers who are supporting the OEM motorcycle industry and that is a limited group due to aging.
I have no answer for or cure for this social shift but I shut down my shop before I lost my savings and invested in a home with a shop in the back and will continue work on engines only till i'm too old to wrench.

Powersports.Online paid Grand Rapids Scooter $40 to try out their marketing services. We did and did not purchase anything but got paid $40 just for doing it. They explained in detail how it worked and everything went exactly as described. It was a good experience an easy $40 just for checking out their services.

This company is amazing! They sent us checks just for our time and are more than willing to work with your business to get what you need from them!

This company is definitely a scam, 100%

Edit: After filing a complaint I did receive a check to refund my $8.95 COD that they charge. The memo line stated "stupidity". Even if they aren't a scam, do you really want to do business with a company that functions this way?
