I had an excellent experience at Phoenix Projectors AV (PP-AV), more precisely with Mr. James, from the initial purchase to after-sales support.
I purchased the Dangbei Mars Pro 2 projector and was very satisfied with the store's support, which helped me get an excellent price, always with attentive service, genuine interest, and willingness to clarify doubts. The quality of customer service was clearly one of the strong points of this purchase.
Later, I also purchased a Black Diamond Acoustic ALR 100’ tensioned motorized floor projection screen. Shipping was fast and the material was of good quality. However, the screen ended up showing horizontal memory lines that unfortunately did not disappear.
When contacting Mr. James, I was again very well assisted. He demonstrated great professionalism and sought several solutions to resolve the problem. Since it wasn't possible to fix the situation, he proactively proposed replacing it with a newer model, the SoundCloth 8K tensioned ALR 100’ motorized floor-standing launch screen, a proposal I accepted.
