Just received our stroller back and I am shocked! It looks brand new like we just got it out the box!

Absolutely fantastic service, couldn’t recommend Pram Fresh more! They came out incredibly quickly and took our Nuna and Didofy prams for a deep clean, returning them looking immaculate (when I didnt think some of the stains would come out). The collection and drop‑off service is so quick and convenient, which was really important for us with our second baby due. Friendly, professional and great value. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be using you again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I emailed late at night needing a last-minute collection of our baby items (pushchair, mattress, etc.), and they arranged collection the very next day without any fuss.

The clean itself was excellent, everything came back spotless, and their communication throughout was second to none. Friendly, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Dan from Pram Fresh was excellent. His communication was great, and he gave me lots of helpful advice while patiently answering my many questions before I committed. He was friendly, affordable, and a pleasure to deal with. I reached out to other companies who didn’t even respond, but Dan was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Just had my travel system washed along with my changing bag and I am very impressed with the job Dan has done! He was very friendly and helpful throughout the process which made it smooth.

An amazing service and would highly recommend! We had our bugaboo pram and next to me crib deep cleaned, and both came back immaculate with Dan thoroughly highlighting what had been done. Just had our (10yr old) pram back today and it looks brand new. First class customer service, the pick/drop off service was great and they were really good at working around my availability. Can’t fault them at all! Would definitely recommend them and will no doubt be using them in the future for car seats etc.

I recently used Pram Fresh to clean all my toddlers equipment, (car seat, pram, next to me crib etc)ready for our new baby arriving and I couldn't be happier with the service! The team was incredibly responsive and very helpful. All the equipment looks brand new and I highly recommend them to any parent in need of cleaning baby equipment!

Fantastic service! From making our initial enquiry to collection and final drop off, the service provided was quick and seamless. We had searched a lot on where to have our baby gear cleaned with no luck. Pramfresh was a breakthrough. Dan was very professional, quick to respond and very accommodating. He gave me an earlier appointment as I was near my baby's delivery, collected my gear and had it cleaned so fast, I couldn't believe it. The cleaning was meticulous despite the short time. I will definitely recommend you to other clients at the first instance.

Can’t thank this company enough. Paid for a silver cross jet stroller and Icandy pram to be cleaned and both came back like new. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Dan was very lovely!! He was very quick to respond to queries and was consistently on time. I had my whole travel system cleaned and it was it a lovely condition, with all the stains removed, when it was returned.

Had a full clean of 2 prams with all accessories, a car seat and a high chair. I wasn’t expecting them to clean the high chair so it was great that they were accommodating. I was also relieved that they had a pick up and drop off service and for an extra charge they were happy to come to my home which is outside their normal pick and drop free service. They were very responsive via email and all responses were very professional. The items all looked brand new again to my surprise. It didn’t take too long for them to clean all the items either which was great. Highly recommend!!

Really pleased with the standard of clean and with the service. Dan collected and returned to my work, was on time and friendly. Our pushchair was very muddy after almost 4 years of all terrain use and it’s come back so clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pram Fresh again or recommend to a friend. Great value, and more than that saved me the hours and hassle.
