Rolls-Royce service!
I had an excellent experience here recently. From the moment I walked in, the service was welcoming and unhurried—I was offered a seat and a drink while discussing what I was looking for. The assistant listened carefully to my requirements and showed me a well-curated selection of pieces. I left with a purchase I am very pleased with. While they appear to position themselves towards the higher end of the local market, the attentive and relaxed service made it a standout shopping experience.

Lovely experience in store. I wanted to purchase a ring in memory of my mum dad and brother. The sales person was very helpful and helped me choose the ring. I have not received it yet as it is being made but I’m sure it will be lovely.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, didn't feel any pressure to buy anything and finally found the right engagement ring for us! Jake at the Cardiff branch offered exceptional service and we even got invited to an evening in the shop. The knowledge the staff have about their products is reassuring when you're buying and the no obligation to buy makes you feel welcome instead of pushed in to buying.

Got a bespoke ring made to order in limited timescale they were able to order it in the time that i needed it and i had the design made just how i wanted, staff where really helpful and gave us bubbly.

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Experience
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pravins today, thanks to Ashleigh. She was incredibly patient with all my questions, asked all the right questions herself, and took the time to show me a wide range of options while genuinely listening to what I was looking for.
