Precision Group Builders Reviews 

Precision Builders are currently undertaking modifications to, and a retrofit of, our end terrace house. The company has been extremely professional, hard-working and communicative throughout the process. Even our neighbours have commented on how hard the builders work, “earning every penny”!
Some unforseen structural issues arose when the house was stripped back, but Nick and the team were quick to identify them and then liaised with our structural engineer to solve them. We’re so glad we have chosen such experienced and knowledgeable builders!
The location of our house has its challenges, due to being off-road and accessed by a shared path with the neighbours, and due to a lack of parking. The builders have done their best to minimise disruption, including sweeping the path at the end of the day. Almost all of our neighbours have commented on how friendly and considerate the builders are.
We’d urge readers not to pay any attention to the review below written by ‘Benjamin William Stag’, as it’s simply NOT true that the builders have shown “zero due care, attention, or respect”.
Unfortunately, the only off-road location for the skip is our parking space, which has other parking spaces either side. We instructed the builders to put the skip here as we thought it was a less disruptive option than putting it on the road but, in light of the review below, we have now instructed the builders to put the skip on the road in the hope that this will work better for all our neighbours. Of course, the builders have been as keen as us to resolve this issue.

Extremely disappointed with the total lack of care and professionalism shown by this company.
​Their skip was placed in a location that resulted in two neighboring vehicles parked on either side being completely covered in plaster, dust, and debris. Despite explicitly notifying the company about this issue, nothing was done.
​To make matters worse, the workers on site repeatedly promised to clean up the debris falling out of the skip into neighboring spaces, but failed to follow through every single time.
​They have shown zero due care, attention, or respect for surrounding property and residents. Absolutely disgraceful service and your complaints are ignored.Shame
