Quick service unfortunately did not work.for me

Good product but the shipment is very slow and not really environment friendly- I received my last order in two boxes - one of them containing the product - the other one containing a flyer!!

Information provided was clear and quite detailed. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery came on time and was well packed. Too early to say if treatment is effective or not as it takes more than a month to have a noticeable effect.

I am new to Precision Bionics but so far everything has been done well. Having contacted them about a couple of things they have been very helpful and polite

Parcel arrived on time

initially I started to resolve issues with my ulcerative proctitis, after a month my symptoms had become manageble and fatigue reduced.

I have two probiotics on sub, energy levels are increased, sleeps better and my concentration is greater throughout the day. Generally in a much better mood.

I gave you an average rating because the product arrived as expected, when expected. So this is neither good nor bad - it is to be expected.
It is too early to review the product itself as it takes several weeks to achieve its effect.

I've been using Alflorex original capsules to manage a temperamental gut for a long time. It works superbly, and the service I get from Precision Biotics in terms of delivery and efficiency is great. Recommend all round.

Quick delivery and already feeling the benefit after a couple of weeks

Very good product- have been taking alflorex for over a year now, and all my stomach problems are gone. Also received a surprise pack for Valentine’s Day- the immune supplements are great! Can only recommend this company

First time order with this company and was pleased with the prompt delivery. Have used Alflorex before for IBS. Had lapsed for some time but having just resumed taking it I have quickly felt the effects with my insides already feeling no more settled.

Order arrived quickly, just started taking prebiotic so can really comment on benifits yet.. but have ordered a monthly subscription and hope it works out well.

I place my order two weeks ago and it has not arrived. I contacted customer service several times and they said they raised the issue internally. However I have not heard from them yet. It is a matter of urgency because I am leaving the country for 4 months for traveling purposes and wanted to take Alflorex treatment with me. It looks like I won’t receive my delivery on time (before 6th of December). I am really upset!

Edit: I finally received my order (4th of December) - 14 days after ordering. I am happy that it arrived on time. I love Alflorex product and would highly recommend to everybody with IBS. I was also contacted by the Head of eCommerce who reassured me that my delivery will be received before my departure.
