I ordered a Schwinn AirDyne over the phone and had it shipped out to me. The salesman was friendly & helpful. Bike arrived in good condition & on time. I’m happy with my experience. I would recommend Precor to a friend.

Great customer service!
Bought a Precor elliptical about 6 years ago and my husband and I love it. I decided to try a cardio strider that I bought at Precor. After using the strider for a week, I realized it aggravated my pinch nerve in my back. Precor returned the machine with no hassle. Thank you Precor!!

We went looking for a nice rower that would be used for a tall person. The sales person directed us to the unit we bought, made pickup very flexible. We were in and out and now have an amazing rower from a local manufacturer.

Susan and her son were amazing and super helpful. I have purchased all of my home gym equipment at this store and will continue to do so. They have went above and beyond what any other store would do and they stand behind their products! For example, my home gym cables wore out after many years of use and the store worked closely with Inspire to replace the cables at no cost to me!
