Excellent customer service! Very happy with my new treadmill.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff.

The service by the salesman was stellar. He explained the difference between different machines. He allowed us the time to make our own decision without any pressure. The delivery men were polite and very efficient in assembling our recumbent bike.

I am extremely happy with the Precor Rally spin bike that I purchased a few months ago in the San Rafael store. It is an older model (without connectivity but with a large rack on the handlebar that perfectly supports my iPad or iPhone). I had no interest in online spin classes or storing my workout data on the bike itself so this is the perfect bike for me. The price was low as it was the last out-of-the-box bike of this model in the store. I purchase the bike from Jelani who was wonderful to work with. The delivery and set-up guys were great too. I also love the look of the bike and what a great workout it provides - right in my house!

Jason is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and helped give me ideas of other items that will be great additions to my gym. I am referring all my friends and family members looking for new gym equipment to him! 5 stars without a doubt!

Our salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. We chose to have our Inspire CS3 Cardio Strider seated elliptical delivered and setup and it was well worth the extra expense. The men who did the delivery and set up were very professional. I have serious mobility issues, and this elliptical has helped to strengthen my legs. I started out slowly and have worked up to 30 minutes per day. The seat is uncomfortable because it is not deep enough, but it is otherwise, a great machine.

I'm very happy with my "SPIRIT XBU55 RECUMBENT BIKE". I had it for less than three weeks and I already lost weight and inches. The manager that sold me the bike was friendly and knowledgeable about how this specific bike works. He also said if I have any questions about how to operate the bike I could call or stop by. The delivery guys were professional and they installed my bike easy and without any hassle. I'm very happy with this store and their services.I would go there again for future purchases.

I purchased a used Precor Treadmill 835 from Precor Home Fitness in Tukwilla a few months ago. I am so happy with my purchase. I went with the 835 because I wanted the toggle incline and speed rather then the push button. This set up is far more responsive and just is way easier to use. I opted to not get an extra tv screen veraion since I have a few TV's already set up in my workout room. I just needed a Precor treadmill to put next to my Precor Elliptical machine. This is the exact type of treadmill that I had been using for years at my health club. My machine looks like new and functions perfectly. I am able to run and walk and incline as much as I like. Everything works perfectly and I love being able to bust out a workout in the comfort of my own home instead of having to drive across town and find parking and take time out of my day. If you can afford to get one of these you should really do it. I use mine 3 to 4 times a week and will get years and years of use out of it. I dealt with Jason Marcado out of the Tukwilla store. He set up everything before hand and I was able to come over on the weekend and pick it up in my truck. His associates were very helpful loading it into my 2004 Ford F-150 Supercrew. I have a cab high Leer canopy on my truck so it needed to be taken apart a little but it did fit. A little of it hung out the back of my bed and I couldn't close my tail gate but it made it all the way home to Yakima safe. I have to tell you that these treadmills are really heavy and you will need at least 4 strong people to help you move it. I ofcourse had to take it in to my house DOWNSTAIRS and had my wife and daughter and nephew helping me but after some struggles we finally got it situated downstairs in my workout room. I know that they offer delivery of there machines but I didn't mind going and getting mine. It took a little effort but was doable. I hope this review helped and you won't be disappointed dealing with Precor Home Fitness in Tukwilla. Ask for Jason and he will set you up. Make sure you pick up a equipment mat so your machinery sits nice and stable and doesn't ruin your flooring in your home. Have a great day!

My wife and I walked into the Bellevue Store and met Christian. He was extremely helpful and professional. He helped us choose the best model for our needs and also helped to set up delivery and removal of our old treadmill. I would rank Christian with an A-++
Then the team that picked up the old one was fantastic as well as the team that delivered the new one. Our experience could not have been better.

The staffs help and knowledge is amazing! No pressure, just passionate about what they know and love sharing it with me. I have been going to the San Rafael store for a few years now slowly building up my home gym. Just when I think I have everything I need... there is always something new and improved. I would highly recommend your store to anyone looking to buy workout equipment!

Staff was excellent in helping pick out the treadmill best for us. The machine has performed up to and beyond expectations.

Two weeks after I got my much awaited Precor, it died. A fuse blew. No doubt this would have been more quickly resolved had I not lived at the edge of the country in the country. Lisa was absolutely amazing in following through until it finally got fixed. I wish I could hire her away. She was amazing.

The buying experience was great and I love the product!
