I was sent a damaged item it took 5 days to arrive i tried to email an ask for an exchange got no answer not very happy wont be using them again ....

Poor customer service. They sold me a faulty cooler box. I took a photo of the lid that shows that it doesn't seal the cooler properly, and asked if they would issue a refund and cover return shipping. I've sent four emails, and it's been two weeks. Still waiting...

This is the email I sent to Premier Camping on July 3rd:

Dear Premier Camping Customer Services,

I am writing regarding my order, from which one item has not been supplied.

I received the rest of my order two weeks ago, but VC240-18 the VANGO UNIVERSAL CARPET 130 X 240CM - WILLOW (value £19.99) is still outstanding. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact you using both of the telephone numbers advertised on your website and by email, but I have not received any response.

Please could you either:

Dispatch the outstanding camping mat immediately and confirm the expected delivery date; or
Refund the £19.99 for the missing item.

If I do not receive a response within five working days of this email, I will contact my credit card provider to discuss recovering the cost of the missing item and will consider pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer channels.

I hope this can be resolved quickly and look forward to your prompt reply.

I have found Premier Camping a very good company to deal with. I recently purchased a Milenco Diamond axel lock which came within a few days, just in time for when it was needed. However I subsequently found that I didn’t need it after all as the caravan I bought already had one. This was understood and the company had no qualms about issuing a refund on return of the product. I will be shopping with Premier Camping in the future Im sure.

Ordered item. Delivery details given and arrival date but actually arrived earlier than expected. No issues start to finish.would recommend them.
