premierdarts.co.uk Reviews

Top service and very responsive when I had an issue with delivery. I’ve since went back and bought another product.

Amazing company! I cannot fault them in any way possible, they've always delivered on time with exceptional delivery and the products are always 10/10! Not to mention the loyalty program they have which gives a little incentive back. Honestly the only darts shop i order from.

Very very disappointing.
I am a huge collector of all sorts of darts.
After recently purchasing the new Gary Anderson’s and within the 1st hour of using them have points just fall out and 1 barrel with a faulty/ damaged screw in section that didn’t hold any sort of flight without coming undone after 2/3 throws I spent £80 on these darts and was reluctantly forced to then accept the £12 they had offered me (the money I spent getting my darts repointed the day after buying them) I was told all warranty on them was now void because I had done that!
All in all I had the £12 back and free delivery on another set I had to buy due to the fact I had still been left with faulty darts £65 worse off and had to buy another completely different set
Total shambles .

100% professional very fast, great service

To start the order was a nightmare until Gaynor stepped in and resolved the issues. She was professional, caring and understanding an asset to premier darts. And thanks to Gaynor I will come back to purchase

Fantastic service from Premier Darts. The darts and points arrived in a very suitable package. I ordered the Target Redux 02 model in 22g & 23g, both in perfect condition.

Great customer service as always. Massive selection of products to choose from. Great quality of products too. Thank you

My delivery didn't arrived. I didn't received a item.

I haven’t received them, even though they’ve been with DHL since the 2nd December

Everything was perfect. Communications brilliant when I had an issue. Fast postage. Would highly recommend. ☺️

Great darts delivered on time easy to order will use again

Brilliant selection at great prices with fast shipping. Minor issue with order in that one item was no longer available and refund issued immediately. Will definitely use again.

Received my order unfortunately the unicorn protech darts box was damaged obviously a resale as the damage was as you would expect from being opened corners torn etc
Would have returned them but not easy to do as previously experienced it's a shame as the darts are actually good
Regards

Good price for products

Came quick box was slightly damaged dus to delivery guy and forcing though my letter box bought for Xmas present

Ordered set of 24g darts with 2 day postage and never received them. Postage never updated that I was sent. Send an email and finally got a refund as ones I wanted sold out. Won't shop from. You again

Awful company. I paid more than £80 for darts that arrived in a battered, used-looking box. Completely unacceptable.

Excellent thank you 😊

Great company fast delivery good selection of products and you can earn bonus points to use against more purchases
