Abs was the reason for 5 ⭐️ review.
Such a lovely genuine guy, test drove my car safely and just a really nice guy to deal with.
Got ditched on the price slightly at the end but has saved me the agro of selling privately.
I would recommend, very smooth process and both my late Dad and I have both used now.

Second time I sold my car to these guys. Great guys and Abs came out to see me. Abs was excellent, 5 stars for him. I gave the company 4 stars cause I felt they negotiated me down a bit more than I wanted although they did give very valid reasons. I would use them again.

Abs kept me updated regarding his ETA and arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He inspected the car thoroughly and openly. I have no hesitation in recommending Abs to provide a fair assessment when selling a car.

Where do I even begin…

Selling my car to this company turned into a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. The driver Abs was careless, and things only went downhill from there. We had issues with the V5 logbook, partly because it wasn’t collected from the post office after a missed delivery, something that should have been handled professionally but clearly wasn’t.

The most shocking part? Instead of resolving anything properly, Abs decided it was appropriate to take my phone and attempt to leave himself a 5 star review. Yes, really. This was followed by a lengthy and very personal “sob story” about his life and how he would lose his job if I didn’t comply.

I understand everyone has their struggles, but this felt manipulative, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Customers should not be put in a position where they feel pressured or obligated to give positive reviews, especially not on the spot and definitely not by someone holding their phone.

Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would strongly suggest the company reviews its staff conduct and customer interaction standards.

Would not recommend.

Wayne & Ian were fantastic, they were let down by a driver in the morning but managed to reorganise so they kept to the original time schedule & were mindful I had a meeting to go to.
