So glad I found Premium Health . They have been very helpful in my weight loss journey. I did my homework and reviewed several companies and Premium Health had what I was looking for . I started back in August after a not so positive experience with another company where in a year and a half , I had only lost 15 lbs. After I filled out the quiz, and was accepted into the program and had a tele med conference with a Dr , she asked me my goals and issues I was having. I cannot exercise due to back issues and a knee replacement that needs a revision so I asked premium health for their assistance. They prescribed Tirzepatide and I lost 40 lbs over 8 months. Not too fast , but at a healthy rate. Remember, everyone’s journey is different and any issues or questions I’ve had, premium Health has always responded quickly either by text or by phone. If you’re on the fence, don’t be…. I get compliments all the time and my clothes that I used to wear.

Great customer service

I used this company very expensive 🫰 however I did loose almost 70 pounds in 1 year so I would say worth the money. I mean I have a chronic disorder that prevents me from working out so with this medication I was able to loose the weight I needed.

I have been using this company for a while. All good until I requested an update to a delivery date. A simple request. They refuse to assist. Refusing to take any responsibility. Blaming it on FedEx or the pharmacy. Extremely poor customer service. Not a good company to deal with if you ever actually need help.

I was with Premium Healthcare for approximately 1 year. I had great success and lost 75 lbs with their assistance. Their customer service is excellent. The do routine follow ups to see how you're doing. The medication always arrived on time without any delays.

Was prescribed Zepbound by a medical doctor but insurance denied me. Found this company through a friend who was taking semaglutide with them and I decided to sign up to start taking tirzepatide. I was approved very quickly and the medication came right to my door within just a couple weeks. After being on tirzepatide for 7 months I’ve lost 60lbs and I feel the happiest I’ve been in at least a decade. Wonderful experience and would use Premium Health pharmacy again!

Honestly this company has been pretty fantastic. I’ve referred a few folks here and they also have had a seamless experience. It’s easy, convenient and probably some of the best and most responsive customer service I have received lately. I’m super sad I can’t continue on this medication but even canceling has been smooth and pleasant. I appreciate everything this company has done for me and I’ll continue referring folks if they’re looking for a place.
