I am very pleased with Premium Health. The cost of ozempic is out of range for me. Then I found Premium Health 3 weeks ago. I am down 14 pounds and my ultimate goal is 50 pounds. I have been extremely happy with Premium Health. They have been there for me every step of my journey. Anytime I have had questions, they have been very prompt in getting back to me with the answers I needed.

I was approved for medication on 4/19/24. I checked on 4/26/24 and was told to approve payment. I checked again on May 6th and was told they would check with pharmacy coordinator to get an update. I wrote again on May 17th and have not heard back.

Im completely out of my medicine, I’ve already missed a dose, and there is no refill in sight. They keep telling me that my prescription is “in processing.” I was told on the 3rd that the order was placed. They charged me on the 11th and I still haven’t received the product. Ten days later, and it’s still “in processing.” They are also claiming that they can’t cancel it and offer a refund because it’s already been sent, which is absurd. They took my money, gave me nothing for my money, and are refusing to take responsibility to make it right. I had to go with a different company so I didn’t get sick. Does the medication work? Absolutely! But it doesn’t work if you can’t get it. The positive reviews here clearly haven’t gone through the refill process. Don’t walk away, run away. They take your money and scam you.

I was looking for a different doctor to help with my continued weightloss and came across Premium Health online, gave em a call spoke with a representative ONCE and was told I'd be connected with a dr within 2-business days. I setup my profile online and even scheduled my appt, I was never told the Dr's would be in a different time zone and when it came down to the appt no one ever reached out and out responded to my message through the web portal but seen I had 2 missed appointments, call / texted customer service SEVERAL times throughout the day and was sent to voice-mail which was VERY odd AND SUSPICIOUS, I had to call my bank and put a stop payment just incase they tried to authorize a payment for NO services that was NEVER GAVE... VERY MISLEADING AND SCAM LIKE, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT TF DOWN!!

I have been on Tirzepatide since end of October 2023 starting weight was 181. I hit my goal weight second week of January at 145 pounds and now as of April 26, 2024 I have exceeeded my goal weight I'm at 135 pounds. I now only use the injections once a month to maintain my weight. I have had no side effects, no issues with not receiving my meds on time. I started off on 2.5 dosage now Im at 10 and this is where i have lost the most weight. The meds have worked perfectly from the beginning. This company anfmd doctors are amazing!

They are very timely with responding to my texts and calls. I was on semaglutide for 3 months with another company, and switched to Premium Health recently. It was the best decision because they have the cheapest prices for weight loss meds and also the best care. Excited to continue my journey with them.

Unfortunately an amazing doctor and a scam product. Been on Tirzepatide for over 2 months AND semaglutide and ZERO effects, changes, and Weight loss. For reference been on the name brand products in the past and know exactly what should be occuring. Everytime I call They have the nicest doctor speak to me and change dosage and then changed meds and still ZERO change in appetite, zero change in weight ZERO change in satiety. I workout I eat Healthy and nothing. This is not proper meds.

The company has been very responsive to my concerns, and always answers the phone promptly when I call with a question, or returns my calls as soon as someone is available. I had a question about my latest vial of medication, and Dr. M was very helpful in explaining how the weight loss medication works.

I am very pleased with Premium Health. They have walked me through every step of the way. They respond either right away or within a couple hours. Dr. M has been amazing at providing me the information for my medication and answering all my questions. Him and his team have made me happy I went with Premium Health. I highly recommend!
