Just want to say love the product. It has been a game changer in my life. Dr. M was extremely helpful and most importantly available for a call back. Thank You for making a huge difference in my quality of life.

Very knowledgeable and respectful staff, they go above and beyond.

The concept is great but my first shipment was held at the FedEx Center due to label errors. FedEx attempted to contact the pharmacy several times with no response so I ended up having to drive 25 minutes to pick up my medication. I never received communication from premium health and had to chase down the medication or I would have never received it. They were quick to call me back to take my money but when I called to find my shipment, no one answered or called me back. I recommend going elsewhere for your weight loss needs.

Received improper dose. $275 for a month but they don't tell you they are sending 1 vial that is supposed to last 3 months. The dosage was improper. And They won't cancel until you are locked into another 3 months of $275. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.

I asked them to reach out via email so I could have everything in writing yet they continued to call. Sorry I wasn't answering the calls as I patronized over the phone.

JUST LIKE I SAID THEY WILL NOT LET ME OUT OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND LOCKED ME IN FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD DO NOT PURCHASE.

I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to this time because their medicine works! I lost 18 pounds since November taking this medicine and eating 90 grams of protein almost every day. I also work out (30 min spin class mostly) 3 times a week. I didn’t experience terrible nausea like people say semaglutide does to you. The doctors are super informative and they make it easy for you to get your medication.

Very convenient, easy to deal with and quick service. Would highly recommend this service for dealing with weight loss solutions.

The staff at Premium Health are always accessible and are very kind to speak to. They care about their patients and offer diff options if one is not working for you. I feel important to them.

I recently became a patient of premium health and I have been thoroughly impressed since day one. The process has been quick and easy. The support staff has been great about answering my questions and getting me in contact with a provider when needed. I was impressed with the knowledge, kindness, and thoroughness of both doctors I have consulted with. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and goals and then thoroughly discussed my options before we settled on a plan. I am comfortable with, and confident in this company and their amazing team. My initial order with the company was great. Got my first order, very attentive customer service, no issues. Then I needed to cancel and could not get a hold of anyone. No response- like I did not exist. Phone calls, emails, chats, nothing got through to anyone and my card was charged for another month I did not want. Very sad about the outcome as the beginning experience went so well.

I would definitely recommend Premium Health. From day one, the staff/medical team has been so responsive, understanding, and accommodating. Everyone that I have had the pleasure to speak with was kind, knowledgeable, effective, and very communicative. The staff has been so responsive and accommodating. The MD was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. Communication with staff has been very efficient and prompt. The price of semaglutide was very reasonable. I cannot say how impressed and pleased I am to work with an amazing company!

The speed and level of responsiveness of premium health has been top-notch. Being able to get answers quickly has really helped!

Price is reasonable staff & doctors are patient & helpful, friendly, easy to talk to, professional.

Experience was great, however medical assistant should be able to let customer know when they have arrived and to what exact location they are in, example which part of the parking lot.

Always quick and easy to schedule and get the test done.
