I decided I did not want the Hearing aids after all, and I was given full a refund.

Great if you live in GB, because that‘s the only way you lose pounds (not stones). At least your purse wights less, if not your body.

Absolutely no result after 6 months usage, very expensive "slimming gummies". Just money down the drain. Of course they promote a refund but hard to keep track of the purchase after 6 months. I was told it sometimes took longer so I was patient. To no avail. My advice avoid this scam.

Bought 3 bottles of slimming gummies. This is just cheating and fantasy.
The tablets are completely useless and are worse than regular candy. They are dated 2 years into the future, but after only a couple of weeks have melted together into a bad lump of candy.
Overpriced and poor product. Also had to pay a lot of customs duty on the goods, it was way too expensive.
Strongly discouraged.

I purchased 3 bottles (special deal) £99. Read reviews saying could take a month or more to notice a difference. After 2 months + no weight off , I got in touch with them .to be told it is a 14 day cancellation .
A complete waste of money.

tried the capsules, for 3 weeks. Not lost a single pound. The email does not exist that is on the back of their leaflet. What an absolute con. No way of getting money back.

I did exactly as it said on the tin and all I'm losing is my temper!! Total waste of money....run away from this company and maybe then we'll all lose weight!

I ordered 3 bottles of so called slimming gummies for £109.95 I've been using them for 2-3 week's and not lost even 1/2 ounce I have done exactly what they said I was told to post them back which I had to pay for and was told that when they got the tracking number they will refund me but I've been trying to get hold of them and now they won't answer my emails and when I spoke with PRISM ELOGISTICS who told me they would refund, they said that they only sent the products out and that they don't refund, THE SLIMMING Gummies are a BIG CON and they are in a better word THEIVES they are stealing your money many of you only paid £19 for a bottle I paid near £37 a bottle I will be putting this review on all the social media site's to let people know what this company is doing to people like you and me

I have taken them for a week but not one ounce has come off and I paid 3x £19.95 for these. I want a refund?
There is no Email address or customer service that I can get hold of for this refund. Can anyone help?

The company did not honour the 'promise' of your money back if you do not lose weight, just told me to cut out sugar, alcohol and carbs and drink two pints of water before eating - I wouldn't want tablets if I did that!. They said they had no control over their supplier's advertising, which in Europe is not the case, and why supply goods if they're misleading customers?

If I could put zero stars I would, like others the only thing you lose is money not weight. Reviews they show are b*"" s***! Liars cheats and scammers!

This company advertises a weight loss product called Figur. I ordered on 28th November and made several enquires and complaints that it had not been received. I received prompt responses stating due to industrial action in Germany by DHL, there were delays. I eventually checked with DHL who stated there were no delays to the Uk and no parcel had left Germany. This is either a complete scam or down to complete incompetence. Avoid at all costs. I will endeavour to get my money back via my bank.
