I thought the representatives were very helpful and kind. what I don't understand is why you started my billing yesterday on the 14th and every 3 months on the 14th, yet I won't get my first prescription for 6 to 8 weeks. that means I pay for a month of medication that I don't get to take.

Be very careful dealing with this company. I never completed their application requirements as I determined I didn't need. They have charged my credit card over $1000 for which I have received absolutely no benefit.
