I had an excellent experience working…

I had an excellent experience working with their estate agent Alex from start to finish. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail really stood out throughout the entire process.

They kept me informed at every stage, were always quick to respond to any questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their knowledge of the market was clear, and they provided honest, practical advice that I felt I could trust.

What impressed me most was their proactive approach nothing felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly reliable and dedicated service.

Horrible customer service and no common…

Horrible customer service and no common sense. Missed out on a property because of staff illness and no one picking up work in absence. Booked a viewing for a property that I should already have applied for weeks prior but was made to wait, to then be told they had accepted another offer from someone else.

Use this company if you want complaints from your tenants, clearly don’t know how to run their business. Booking a full day of customers for a property you’ve taken an offer for is unprofessional and shameful.

We're genuinely sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. We understand how disappointing it is to miss out on a property, especially one you were excited about.

We’d also like to note that your previous review was removed by Trustpilot due to defamation and false information, which we felt was important to address. Despite that, we’ve still taken the time to properly review the situation again. We’ve looked into all correspondence, call logs (which are recorded), and email chains. The team member you referred to was unwell for just one day, during which no outreach had been made from your side. Your viewing was already confirmed for the following week.

You were given the opportunity to view earlier, either in person or virtually, but opted to wait due to relocation, which we respected. As is always the case, viewings continue and offers are submitted. We’re obligated to present those offers to the landlord, and in this instance, the offer was accepted. No viewings were booked after the property went under offer. All were scheduled beforehand, and as soon as the landlord accepted, we contacted those affected and offered our help in finding an alternative property.

While we appreciate your frustration, this situation was not the result of poor service, but rather the reality of a fast-moving rental market. We always strive to be transparent, fair and proactive, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t how it felt to you.

Great Viewing experience

I had a really good experience viewing a property with Presence & Co. The staff were great, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything feel easy and stress free. Highly recommend their services!

Changing to Presence & Co was the best decision to make

Only have just recently changed our management agent from our old one to Presence & Co, we realised now how bad and terrible our previous agent had been.
We have had regular meetings and site visits, and owners are pleased with the change and can see a big difference in the area we all live.
We are looking forward to adding the improvements we need, with the help of Prescence and is great to have the support of the team, and looking after the estate as it always should have been in the past.

I would recommend anyone having issues with their management agent to give Presence & Co a call. Their team and professionalism gets the works done and have a happy community.

couldn't be more satisfied

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service from the incredible team at Presence & Co. This company has truly transformed our block management experience, addressing all of our communal area needs with care and efficiency. After enduring years with a poor managing agent, Presence & Co. has been a breath of fresh air. Our facilities manager is always available and ready to assist, while their maintenance team made redecorating our hallways a smooth experience.

Have o my used the guys once but they were very efficient, polite and tidy.

Really are a one stop shop!

Really are a one stop shop!
Wonderful company! They really do it all - I use Presence & Co. to let out my property & they manage all the tenant finding / rent collection etc.

Presence & Co. are also my go to maintenance company - they’ve helped with so much, from renovating my home to out-of-hours electrical emergencies!
