The order was still processed and shipped.
The item was personalized, but your own policy states full refund if cancelled within 2 hours.
I would appreciate clarification on why this was not honored.

I bought an item off them and paid for a VIP service and express shipping .. this took a month to deliver .. item i received was bad cheap quality .. i tried to return this item for a refunf which they will not do and will not answer emails .. .. very bad quality items and even worse customer service

I bought a sweatshirt for Valentine’s Day and after buying it I was worried after looking at the reviews saying things were wrong and bad quality. When I received I was very surprised, the custom embroidery was really good and all the text was correct. The quality is not the best you will find but it didn’t feel cheap. Took about a week and a half to receive which is pretty good for it coming overseas.

Bad Quality (Shit Quality) Shipping from China (Yunexpress) - Shein, Temu. Dont buy by this scammers. 106 Swiss Francs, for 2 Hoddies in a bad quality, smell like Plastic.

Goods not received even though tracking web site says it has. No matter the day arrived 2 days ago.
No response to any emails.
I would recommend you stay away from these shysters. Will attempt to get reimbursement via the courts. As this is the only language of doing business Americans seem to understand.

Honestly don’t both, got lured in by an instagram advert which showed really good quality items and when it arrived the quality is appalling and it’s been imported from china when the company is based in the states so is clearly just a drop shipping business. For the price I paid after waiting a month after delivery and receiving what I received. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Not as the picture. The quality is extremely poor!! The embroidered photos have almost no details — it’s impossible to even recognize what the images are. The hoodie itself is terrible quality, very thin, and not worth even half the price.

In addition, I paid for shipping within 10 business days, and the package arrived after more than a month.

Horrible company. I fell for it. I am not allowed to return an item that is made of a low quality fabric. I have written the company several times w/little to no response. Finally, received a response that I need to return it to an address that makes little sense to me. No return label provided. They push you so that you have to keep the product. I will take it to Goodwill or a thrift shop in the attempt it simply doesn't end up in a land fill.

Their sizes are wrong. I typically wear a Large when it comes to t-shirts. The shirt I received was labeled a Large but is truly between a Small and a Medium. When I inquired with the company how they will resolve this issue, they requested that I mail my shirt back to China (Jinxiu Hanjiang Sixth District, Hanyang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China). Pathetic product, reprehensive customer service. Do not do business with this company!

Customer service unhelpful, rude, and difficult to contact. The company reportedly refuses refunds. The items received are of poor quality and do not match the descriptions or images on the website. The company does not provide effective means to resolve issues. Avoid purchasing from Presentmalls
