Presidential Estates Reviews

We had an excellent experience working with Aran. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure our sale went smoothly. He played a key role in keeping the chain moving and unblocking issues when things got stuck, which made all the difference.

Aran also managed to secure exactly what we were looking for in terms of price and went further by offering valuable advice on our onward purchase. What really stood out was his availability and commitment – always making time to answer our queries, often at short notice, and providing clear advice throughout.

His hardworking ethic and willingness to truly listen to his clients set him apart from others we’ve worked with in the past. We would highly recommend Aran to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent.

I'm very happy with my experience with Presidential Estates when marketing my property. Very friendly service (I dealt with Alex) and he exceeded my expectations in generating viewings and offers. Everything progressed efficiently and went much faster than I thought it would. The communication level was just right, with an honest assessment of the prospects, and was always both friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Matt was absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property. He managed to obtain a price that exceeded my expectations and constantly kept me up to date with progress. As with all property sales there were a few bumps - but any issues along the way, Matt already had a solution by the time he notified me. I will absolutely recommend Presidential to my friends and family and never use anyone else for anything property related in the area. Thank you Matt and the Presidential team, you made a usually stressful experience relatively stress free.

I’m incredibly grateful to Oksana Poliuk and the team at Presidental for their outstanding service in selling my property. From our first meeting to the final sale, they were professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome.

Their advice on pricing, marketing strategy, and presentation was spot on, and their communication throughout the process was consistently clear, timely, and reassuring. They kept me fully informed every step of the way and handled everything with confidence and care.

What really impressed me was their proactive approach and negotiation skills, which ultimately led to a smooth sale at a great price. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Oksana Poliuk to anyone looking to sell their home.

Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier and more successful.

I am so pleased I found Presidential Estates! They were efficient, caring and communication was brilliant throughout. Matthew and his team were amazing! I needed a place to rent quite quickly due to my work commitments. I found a property and straight away the communication and quick response from Matthew to allow me to have a look at the property was quick and then within 3 weeks of seeing the property I had received my keys. The turn around was so quick and smooth I was throughly amazed! At a time when I needed help quickly, Presidential Estates were there to support me and make the transition so smooth and easy for me. I can’t thank Matthew and his team enough. They have all played a part in my next journey and for that I’m so very grateful. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone who is looking for an easy transition and move. They really are amazing!

I approached this company after receiving 0 viewings from another popular conveyancer! Aran at Presidential was personable, helpful and knowledgeable and within one week, had already set up 12 potential buyers. Eventually I had an offer and it was all smooth sailing from that point, with Aran providing me with daily updates to ensure all was well. Would happily recommend this company to family and friends

Stewart Weedon was one of 3 agents that went to view and value my mums property. He was the only one that showed enthusiasm and came well prepared with current market data. He was consultative and very thorough.

Within a week of being instructed, he had over 40 qualified and eager buyers ready to view.

One week later he delivered the best and final offer to my mum which was on the button at the top end of his recommended valuation.

His aftercare was perfect on hand and in constant contact all the way through to completion.

Anyone that is even thinking about selling their home needs to call Stewart NOW!

Aran acted as the agent on my property sale. From his first visit to completion of the sale, Aran made himself available at all hours of the day (and night)! His sales strategy was spot on proving his expertise in this field. Aran held an open house which resulted in 12 offers- truly amazing! He was very supportive and efficient throughout the process making it clear he was acting for me and smoothing the way with my purchasers. He also helped with negotiations on my property purchase resulting in a £29K reduction in the property purchase price. I cannot recommend Aran or Presidential Estates highly enough. Fabulous service.

Matthew was so supportive during the whole process of buying my flat. From the point of viewing the property, to putting in an offer and up until moving in, he was very approachable, put me at ease, and made me feel listened to. I often found him more helpful and supportive than my own solicitor! I would recommend using Presidential Estates for any purchases, as they made a very stressful period (buying my first property) less stressful!

Aran was my agent ,he advertised my house made a sale before it even came live on the market .He kept informed & up to date with all the details .I also used AVrillo through his advise & was the best decision I’ve ever made .the 2 combined took the huge stress out of buying & selling .very professional & always went out of his way to help me .
Thank you Aran.
I will definitely recommend presidential in the future

I was so impressed with Alex David and the whole Presidential service, that I have been singing their praises to all !
Estate agents, don’t always get a good press, so it was refreshing to see someone who is not only very good at his job, but a genuinely nice person to deal with.
Alex worked tirelessly to secure our sale. When the chain collapsed just before Christmas, he managed to secure many viewings in a traditionally down period for house selling. This persistence secured a new buyer very quickly and meant we didn’t loose our dream house.
Thank you again 🙏

Matthew was great throughout our selling process, knowledgeable and honest and if not available would always call back. We would definitely recommend using Matthew and Presidential estate agents for your house move.

We had a fantastic experience buying our house through Presidential. We’d had lots of bad luck previously with other properties and estate agents, but our experience changed when we met Matthew. He was genuinely supportive and sympathetic to our situation - I even nicknamed him ‘Phil Spencer’! We now have a lovely home and couldn’t have done it without him helping us all the way. I would definitely recommend!

Matthew was super helpful, friendly, professional and understanding through the whole (admittedly stressful) process of our house move. He really knows the local area and market, and unlike a lot of estate agents, doesn't have an agenda, which we found really refreshing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Their expertise in the local market and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Trustworthy, likeable, genuine care for his clients. Just a few words to describe Alex David.
Its nice to find an estate agent who I believe and is upfront and always there.
A top professional and a nice man at the same time.
Been a pleasure to deal with him throughout buying our family home.

Absolutely brilliant service. Would highly recommend.
The whole team was a pleasure to work with.
Very professional, warm and friendly.

Matt from presidential estates provided a top class service, a genuine valuation not overpriced,he arranged an open day and we had around 10 viewings from which we two offers , we accepted one of them and all went through just before Christmas as we needed to be out by then, overall a great friendly service, can’t fault them on anything. We would highly recommend them and would be happy to deal with them again.

In relation to this review "Buyers Beware: A Stressful and Unprofessional Experience with Presidential Estates". It relates to the property which I sold to this buyer through Presidential Estates.
I can honestly say MY experience was completely the opposite.
I had an excellent experience with Aran from Presidential Estates from start to finish he was diligent, professional, hardworking with a brilliant work ethic, I cannot recommend him or the company highly enough!

I cannot recommend Presidential Estates highly enough! They’ve been absolutely fantastic, helping me sell my house not once, but twice. The first time, I had been working with another agency that was completely useless. Then I found Matthew at Presidential Estates, and everything changed. He immediately knew how to market my property and already had buyers in mind.

Unfortunately, I lost my dream home and had to pull out of the sale. Fast forward 24 months later, ready to try again,Matthew and the team were there for me again, finding me a new buyer within a week! Throughout all the ups and downs, they’ve been incredibly supportive, staying in touch and adapting to my changing preferences.

What sets them apart in my experience is their professionalism, exceptional service, and competitiveness, utilising all platforms including Istagram which id not come across before. Not only did they handle the sale brilliantly, but they also managed to find me my dream property. On top of that, it was such a pleasure to meet the whole team at the opening of their beautiful new office—they’re a credit to the industry.

Thank you so much, Matthew and the team at Presidential Estates, for making a stressful process so much easier and for going above and beyond. If you’re looking to buy or sell, look no further—they’re the best!
