I don’t really do reviews, but I got to say after going thought the buying process with Alex David, I had to.

Very professional and always kept us updated during
the whole process. Extremely responsive, knowledgable and willing to go above and beyond.

Keep up the good work and thank you.

I have an flat being let and managed my the Presidential Estates team.
Matt has been particularly helpful.

Also great at handling the tenants side of the service too.

Absolutely the best….
Presidential Estate Team Alex, Matt and Stewart are the best!
Alex has sold 2 houses for me and I knew after him selling our first house that we would never use any other Agents.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, contact has always been amazing, keeping us fully updated with progress, chasing when needed, totally putting our mind at rest! They are totally committed to their customers!
I don’t intend to move again but if I do 💯 it would be with Presidential…. Try them, what have you got to lose!!! 😊

Fantastic service!!
The Presidential team are amazing, they are professional, extremely helpful and true to their word! They are always to hand when you need them.
Alex, Matt and Stewart really do know what they are doing and that takes away the pressure from the seller/buyer, they reassure you with confidence and get you the results that you are hoping for, they do their very best for you!
They are totally trustworthy!!
Alex has sold two houses for us, we would never go anywhere else but to Presidential…. Ever!!

Alex was very welcoming and helpful during our house viewing, very knowledgable and supportive for us as first time buyers.

I used Presidential estates to sell my property in 2021. Not only was their service from our introduction to completion of my sale exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with my purchase, providing professional advice when I felt out of my dept dealing with other estate agents. Nothing was too much of an ask and i truly believe you need reliable, trustworthy professionals when it comes to buying or selling homes. They certainly took the weight off me and I can’t recommend them enough!

Alex and the team were great at arranging our open house! Very professional and thorough and the added bonus of having a branded sanitising station outside made us feel comfortable having people in our home in such challenging times. Thanks to all and keep up the good work!

Great service was provided, best agents I have dealt with…I highly recommend anyone to use.

Excellent customer service and reliable.
They gave a very good valuation of my property re refurbishment and marketing. Plus plenty of advise before and after.
No hesitation in referring the company to others.

Had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone

My experience with presidential has been a great one. I have known Alex for 3 years and more recently Matt and Stewart! The make a great team and really complement each other's skill sets. I think it's great to have real estate agents that see the fun side of life and can have fun in their business too, it makes the journey for clients so much better. Their professionalism really does shine through. I love that they say they "Take your property journey to another level." They really do live up to expectations. Words that spring to mind are professional, dedicated, passionate, go above and beyond, and high energy - definitely high energy. They get the job done!

We’ve found everyone we’ve dealt with at Presedental Estates to be highly professional and incredibly helpful throughout our move. Special thanks to Alex and the team. I would recommend anyone to put their move in the hands of Presidental Estates.

Reliable agents. Nice people too.

Alex and Matt have looked after our sales on 2 properties now and on both occasions the service has been superb! Have already recommended them to family as we got on so well. Thanks again guys

I’ve dealt with Matthew at Presidential for many years. He and his team have always gone above and beyond for me and achieved the result I needed, whether that was buying or selling. Would highly recommend them.
