Good speed, mediocre support, limited config options.

Good speed, and fast support. Unfortunately large restrictions in regards to configurating the hosting enviroment, and support was equite evasive on the topic. Could have saved us both a weeks time! Colaborator access took multiple days to setup properbly, mostly because support told us it was all good but told colabs they had to be granted access. After 5 days time of back and forth we gave up and moved on to Kinsta. Then everything worked flawles after a couple of hours. For more plain vanilla sites, pressable will probarbly work better, just be prepared to share admin login with colabs :p

Pressable has probably the best hosting…

Pressable has probably the best hosting service support!
They are quick and responsive, and their answers always come with actual solutions.
We are migrating 10 of our clients website, no doubt the websites are working much faster, automatic backups made us so confident, the infrastructure is most secure you can find, we highly recommend their service. We thank Automattic too for driving us here.

Lack of performance and support is not worth the money

I was really disappointed with Pressable. I signed up for a 50 site account, which is $540 or so / month. It was nice that they transferred my sites for me, though they also put up a maintenance screen on the existing ive sites, without us having previously discussed that. Immediately though, Pressable's caching system didn't work with my sites. They blamed the custom themes, most of which had been running -- with caching working perfectly -- on SiteGround servers for years, and many of them going back to an old WP Engine account, where again, I had no issues with caching. I put in over 30 hours trying to work around their caching system, and that was just for three of those sites. I ended up switching back and abandoning the whole thing. What a waste of time for me, and honestly I have rarely been as disappointed in a hosting company's support level. I would rank it just barely above GoDaddy support. :(

Outstanding WordPress Hosting Experience!

I recently migrated five WordPress websites over to Pressable, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire process was incredibly smooth—thanks to their intuitive migration tools and built-in staging features, everything transferred seamlessly and without a hitch.

What really stood out was how easy it was to navigate the platform. I didn’t even need to go through the walkthrough everything just made sense. That alone speaks volumes about how user-friendly their system is.

Since switching, I haven't had a single issue. The performance is rock-solid, and the level of service has been top-notch from day one. Pressable has truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free WordPress hosting.

Fantastic support!

Fantastic support! I migrated a site from another host to Pressable which went very smoothly with unparalleled service. When I hit a snag caused by my own lack of tech know-how, they were on it immediately and, followed up personally with me to make sure everything was okay. I’m just an entry level client so if this is an example of their service, I won’t be looking elsewhere for my hosting ever again. Well done guys.

Once I got through to a real human

Once I got through to a real human, a got an answer, but I was deeply frustrated by the kb answers with the chat. I eventually got an answer, but it wasn’t the one I wanted.

Almost Perfect!

After a NIGHTMARE billing experience with WPE, the team at Pressable has made me feel like a TRUE VIP. Their platform has everything WPE offers and a whole lot more – for HALF the cost!

The big downside (and reason for the -1 star) is the different dashboards. Automattic really needs to figure how to consolidate all of their platforms. As an agency owner I have to train my team to use the Pressable dashboard, the Agencies dashboard, the JetPack dashboard, the new WooCommerce for Agencies dashboard – you get the point. It's quite frustrating.

The price to feature ratio is incredible! I'm easily getting 2x the features for half the price – no joke – HALF! The sales contact I had during onboarding is STILL my contact 3+ months into the relationship! This is HUGE! So many times I feel swindled or forgotten when I the person I've spent so much time asking questions and having meetings with, dumps me as soon as I swipe the credit card.

Month-to-month… what more could you ask for?! As long as prices stay competitive, services stays reliable, and customer service is quality, I'll be a life-long customer!

Pressable has been truly amazing!

Pressable has been truly amazing. It was a breeze to transfer the majority of the sites I manage over to Pressable. I get 50 sites compared to 30 for the price I was previously paying. Also, I truly like that they allow you to deactivate plugins from within the pressable dashboard in case you get a critical error from your website. I expect they will continue to release additional cool features in the future.

The best customer/ technical support

Pressable has fantastic customer service. They have a chat function for customers, and their support staff will help with just about anything you need. You actually get connected with a real person quickly to solve your problem. I have never used a better hosting service.
