Posh Pawn Reviews

Prestige was quick and efficient with verifying my items of fine silver which I borrowed against, payment was quick and the process was most definately a breeze with same day payment.

I'll use them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and a Beautiful Dior Bag!

I’m absolutely delighted with my Dior bag from Posh Pawn Chelsea! I got it for almost half the retail price, which made the purchase even more special. The bag is beautiful, and the whole experience was excellent. Such a lovely way to own a luxury designer piece at a fantastic price. Highly recommend Poshn Pawn Chelsea for anyone looking for beautiful designer bags and great value

Thank you Justin, Delma and Rebecca for your friendly and helpful service. You were all very supportive and made the whole process easy and straightforward. I really appreciate your help!

If there was zero star option then i’d have opted for this. I called before visiting and and was told after inspection i’d be given an honest quotation.
After a 30 minute inspection and producing all valid paperwork on a Tag ladies watch which was 1 year old and had a new valuation of 3k, the lady told us she would offer 380’pounds!
Wait, she wasn’t yet done … she told us this was a great offer as other watches were fetching only 300 pounds elsewhere ….. Swiss stainless steel watches!!! it’s a shame because they claim to be part of the watch register etc . Total scammers , do not use this company as they are exploiting people’s desperation in this difficult climate. I understand it’s a business but this isn’t anything other than ripping the seller off !!

Very happy with the sale of my watch. Shapthika was very helpful and genuine with the sale.

I used Prestige Pawnbrokers Hatton Garden this week, and was impressed. I haven't used a pawnbrokers before, but the staff (Marta) was very kind, friendly and explained everything well. I would highly recommend.

I had never used a service like this before so did not know what to expect. I would use this company again, Rebecca was efficient and professional and once everything was agreed the funds were in my account the very next morning, after signing the documentation. I did not have to chase at all which was a lovely surprise and I felt the prices offered were fair.

Great experience, professional and quick turn around on selling my item

Sue was very friendly and welcoming made the whole process smooth lovely service thank you

Theo is very transparent professional and dealt with my enquiry and executed it perfectly. A pleasure to deal with and definitely something to recommend to others. Great set up.

The team in Richmond, led by Justin, along with Delma and Rebecca, are bloody fabulous. I have transacted two deals with them over the last 7 months and my experience is: they are highly professional, very experienced on the market value of high-end products, fun, excellent customer service and fast!

One virtue that underlines everything is integrity!

If 10 stars was an option, I would select it.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Really quick decision and payment. Used them twice now. Exceptional experience both times. Highly recommend.

Great first time experience, I roughly knew what my jewelry was worth and Prestige didn't disappoint. Excellent customer service and very approachable staff. Thank you Prestige Pawnbrokers 💚

Excellent service. Will definitely return.

Sharon provided me with great customer service, she was informative and extremely helpful.

I visited Posh Pawn in Hatton Gardens. Spoke with Marta who was very helpful, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I was hesitant to do this but it was very easy, quick and I felt totally reassured. Very satisfied. Thank you Marta

My Experience with the Loughton Branch

I would like to share my experience with the Loughton branch.

My first experience was with Amie, and although I was initially apprehensive, her courteous, knowledgeable and caring approach immediately put me at ease. She spent so much time with me and truly went above and beyond to ensure my purchase was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I have since returned to the branch and once again received outstanding customer service from Amie, Sharna and Vilma. They make a wonderful team, and their professionalism, friendliness and individual care towards their customers are exceptional.

It is so refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service, and I would like to thank all three ladies for making my experiences so positive.
