Something not right with this site… I got a phone call from a women called Irene who basically was telling me I had won free slots but needed to deposit… she said I could have her number if I had questions and she would call me or email with offers etc ? I unsubscribed. This was just too much contact and I don’t want to remain autonomous . I was uncomfortable. I read the positive 5 star reviews they look suspicious too. The site also wants you to deposit high amounts . I am a little nervous posting this and really wish I had not joined.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN HERE! This site claims to withdraw by Mastercard, Bank Transfer and Bitcoin, however this is a lie. If you try to withdraw by Mastercard they conveniently have a problem, then ask for bank transfer to be told they cannot do this as they do not have the facility for this, the site is a scam be warned. Some of the games are rigged and do not play the way they should or as I know they do on reputable sites. I am having major problems trying to get back a small amount of winnings, yet they have no problems taking your money

The casino site seems well organised and many choices of games.
Depositing is easy as it is any casino but that’s where it ends.
I won a good amount of over £3000 and the day after I won that shut my account and wanted me to confirm that I didn’t have a gambling problem !!
Of course I do that’s why I choose your site as I had blocked myself from all uk sites. 2 weeks of emails saying please reopen my account as I want to withdraw my funds and excuses after excuses still it remains shut and no way of getting my winnings. No one answers the help line and you can’t chat to anyone when your account is closed. I don’t think i will see my money. A very hard lesson but at least I can warn others.
Worst casino site I’ve ever encountered

Big fat scam the deposits I made showed up on my bank as flwshoestores very suspicious when I questioned this the online chat said deposits may show as this as they have different partners or some rubbish instantly closed account

After they kept reject my withdrawals messing me about finally got my winnings so I decided to close my account because it was more hassle then anything l, that’s when I receive a phone call from one of the staff questioning me on why I want my account closed begging me to stay and when I stated I want my account closed became very aggressive telling me I’m stupid and he can’t understand why I would want my account closed as they are a international casino. Morale of the story they take your money, then take forever to pay out and I think because I was up overall then wanted to close my account they were annoyed I would be giving them anything else.

At first I was extremely worried that I wouldn’t receive my withdrawals as I was told the same that payments back to cards weren’t working and I needed to do it via Bitcoin. Having never used coinbase I was so worried but I’ve now received my withdrawals and had nothing but help throughout. It did take a long time however the customer service was brilliant and I always got a reply even if it was that I just needed to wait. All games on this site are amazing and I’m pleased I found prestigespins :)

This is my 2nd review of this casino in my opinion they are a good casino with great slot games and quick replies via email I have made several withdrawals which I have received and even one a tournament which I received a pair of wireless headphones which I didn’t expect there is only one downfall which i am sure they will sort is the withdrawal methods but you will receive your winnings which is the main thing even if it does take a little time great live chat who are polite and helpful I will definitely play here again and hopefully win some more headphones

Pathetic excuse of a gambling site. Had 1200 euros in my account kept lying saying I couldn’t withdraw to my bank because of in international bank issue. had to use perfect money so transferred them 400 euros and then they won’t let me transfer without verifying. I played quite a bit on prestige spin. Deposited a few hundred pound. Some good games on there but when it came to withdraw my winnings they made some excuse that they could withdraw to my card as there was some technical issue. I wish I had looked on here first before playing. They said there was a technical issue but could take my deposits. Wanted a lot of documentation for verifying and in the end said driver’s license wasn’t a form of ID they could use only passport. Very suspicious that was. Said I could make one as I don’t have one. So played my balance off and am in the process of closing my account. PLEASE DO NOT PLAY THIS SITE ITS A SCAM

Do not play Prestige spins, they won't pay out. I have lost a lot of money due to them not paying out winnings. They are not properly regulated and there is no comeback on them. If I can stop even 1 person from falling into the trap I did, I will feel better about losing money.
The site looks professional and does have some decent games, but completely pointless, as you cannot get your winnings.

Where do I start about this company? For a start they bombard you with incessant phone calls offering you bonuses for depositing. What they fail to mention is that when you want to withdraw any winnings you can't. Minimum withdrawl €150. Maximum €500. You have to supply so much personal information just to verify who you are. Much more information than is needed. Alarm bells are ringing after they got a copy of my driving licence which they said they can't use. Then my passport. This wasn't enough they need another picture of you holding it. Debit card photos front and back. Utility bill. Etc so much info, I later found out that they then share this personal and sensitive information with third parties. Then when you go to withdraw its such a long drawn out process. Like other reviews on here they direct you to services that charge you a fee to process your cash transfers. Even after all this and some 48 hours after wanting to withdraw my €150. I still haven't got a withdrawl confirmation. I'm of the opinion that this is fraud on such a huge scale. Mining your personal information, promoting an E wallet service for commission. I feel a fool for falling for it. A uk site promoted it. I wish I had read the review on trust pilot beforehand. Stay clear if you don't want all your personal information being in the hands of a company that not only shares it with multiple third parties. A company that can easily take multiple card payments but can't process a withdrawl to the same card. I'm waiting for them to verify the E wallet they promoted (because their card payment service was "down") this should be done by tomorrow. Then they have 36 hours to process it to the e wallet, which then takes up to 3 days to be received. You then have to with draw from you E wallet at a 3% withdrawl fee and a further 3 to 5 day wait. So by time this is done it will be some 9 business days to process a withdrawl. That is if this is even a legitimate site. I will update once resolved, if resolved. WITH HIND SIGHT I'D AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Update after reading reviews on the two options available. One is horrendously suspicious and scam like. The other says to accept gambling funds makes you liable for fraud. I have gambled the funds to zero and closed the account
