When I said I was going to dispute the charge one agent finally returned the call, after multiple attempts, and said the company agreed with my cancellation and the reasons. Apparently now they are still trying to get the money, for absolutely NOTHING.
Poor business practices.
NOT worth the hassle of listening to their presentations, spend your time on the beach.

They picked us up on time at 19:00 from white dreams resort however when we was meant to be picked up from Rhodes old town at 22:30 the guy never turned back up leaving 4 of us standing there until 23:00. We ended up having to pay €25 taxi fees back to our hotel. Not good service at all.

Wish we could blame the traffic but unfortunately due to the complete lack of initiative of the drivers. The way back was particularly bad - one driver and another sat behind him. Shouting hotel name after hotel name. Have you thought of just keeping a tally of the hotels on peoples tickets and just stopping at their hotels only rather than every single one?
Will be doing taxis next time, only 4 euros more in total and saves 30 minutes time each way.

I booked a hotel for my 40th birthday. The booking was made by Prestige using a flexible ie it could be cancelled. I requested to change the date from July to April ie in 2 days time but they are keeping my money £750 or I need to pay £2000 to book the hotel. They is a complete scam. Stay away. I have lost all my money and my holiday in 2 days time is completely ruined as I have no Hotel and no money to book a new one.
The hotel was booked via a flexible rate. And this relates to your company. A formal complaint has been made but I have not had a response and resolution. Keep clear

One tiny detail: My friend and I each
always ask for a double room for single use. Repeatedly, the hotel (Los Jameos) assume we are sharing. This results in a delay when we arrive as they search for a second room - usually not close to the other.
Maybe you could introduce a BOLD way of marking this in your correspondence.

We had a successful holiday in Gran Canaria staying at the Santa Catalina Hotel in Las palmas for a few days and a longer stay at the Cordial Playa Mogan Hotel in Puerto Mogan. The ambience and service in the first hotel was superb. Our first impression of the hotel in Mogan was to be a bit intimidated by its size, but it certainly grew on us and our stay there was most enjoyable. Puerto Mogan is a pretty resort though its beach is indifferent. The weather was superb. On the one indifferent day we took a tour around the island. How can you stop the guide talking continually? We came across a very good restaurant in Mogan village, the Acaymo. Our flights on BA went well.

Helpful on the phone in 2022 when we had to postpone because of Covid so we rebooked for 2023.
Great holidays on Isles of Scilly June 2023 and good accommodation at Tregarthans and on Tresco at The New Inn.
