Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Prestige Cars.
I bought a BMW 320d GT on 10 October and was assured the car had no problems. Just four days later, an independent inspection found issues with the rear differential, gearbox, front brakes and suspension bushes.
The paperwork has been another headache. I wasn’t given the green new keeper slip when the car was delivered, had to keep chasing the dealership, and was repeatedly told the logbook was on its way. After contacting DVLA myself, I found out the V5C wasn’t issued in the intended new keeper’s name.
What annoyed me most was the delivery driver pushing for a positive review and photos before I’d even had a proper chance to assess the car. He actually took my phone to handle the review himself. Looking back, that was a massive red flag.
I’ve spent more time chasing paperwork and investigating problems than enjoying the car.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. If you’re considering buying from them, get the car independently inspected first and make sure all the paperwork is correct before handing over your money.

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate hearing from our customers, even when it's not what we'd hope to hear.
We want to clarify a couple of points: the V5C logbook was applied for and we completed the online transfer directly to you. The vehicle was also booked into our garage so that a full inspection and any required work could be carried out and you had independent warranty cover which you also could have used. It's disappointing to hear this wasn't communicated clearly to you.
Regardless, we want to make sure you're satisfied. Please get in touch with us directly so we can discuss the mechanical issues you've experienced and find a fair solution. Regards,
Prestigio Cars Ltd
