The website is easy to navigate and the product is outstanding! I've used PrestoPhoto for a number of projects and I have confidence with them! I also appreciate that I feel "heard" as a customer. They include a comment box when ordering if we're needing the product by a certain date. I've indicated on several orders about a special event needing the product by and they have beat that date every time!

The customer service here is fantastic! I have made about 20 books so far and getting the extra advice/help to make each one the way I want it, is invaluable! Each one is a quality, beautiful book that I am proud to show friends and family. Thank you PrestoPhoto!

Super fast turn around and the product quality is phenomenal! I've never needed to print a single book before but in my attempt to make this Father's Day memorable, I tried Presto and I was NOT let down! The program to line up the pages was user friendly and I was done in less than an hour. I did pay for the expedited shipping and was quoted a turn around time, including shipping, of 10 days, which was great to me. The finished product arrive in 3 days. I was shocked and amazed. I will DEFINITELY be using Presto again.

My second time ordering a photobook from Presto Photo, and they delivered again. The platform is easy to use, the print quality is great, and the turnaround time was impressively fast in both of my experiences. Highly recommend!

PrestoPhoto delivers so fast. I ordered my photobook just a few days before my anniversary, and I was scared that it wouldn't come on time. It took them just one day to get it made and shipped. It arrived like 7 days before the estimated time. The photobook is also very high quality, and the service was great! I will definitely be ordering more from them.

Amazing quality and QUICK receiving of the book!

I decided to make a photo book of my son for my wife for Mother’s Day. After dealing with issues with other sites and not wanting to pay a fortune at Walgreens I came across PrestoPhoto.
Creating the book was fairly easy and I have limited computer skills. It was very easy to contact someone for help and they were actually very helpful. I made a large book with over 60 photos and it was only 50$. And because I started it so late it said it wouldn’t arrive until the days after which after but it ended up arriving a day early which really meant a lot. It also came out great and my wife loved it. I very strongly recommend using this site you won’t regret it. Thank you so much.

The books were a hit for my young clients. Only negative was the borders on the cover page were not even.

Book looks amazing, but the color conversion made on the pictures was a bit strange, maybe because using a wrong profile or maybe because I attached the wrong RGB profile to be used as source of my files.. anyways I liked, If I have to use PrestoPhoto Service, I'll contact them to know exactly how they need the file to be precise with the colors..

I ordered my life story through this company. I was really excited to see the finished product. However when I got my order delivered, I found it was not my books but 2 photo books of Chicago.
Presto Photos reckon I ordered them from the shop. I am positive I didn't look at the shop. I didn't know there was a shop online. I would not recommend them as a printing service. They were very helpful while I was trying to get my story PDF ready but in the end they were not.
Since I posted this review the company has reneged and refunded me in full.
16th May '26: Following on from all this happening, I have heard from PrestoPhotos. While their offer to start from a clean slate is good, I am also looking at other options so that the price is competitive. Thank you PrestoPhotos for your resopnse and TrustPilot for being even-handed and looking after consumers as well as businesses.
