I ordered a dress and was charged. The dress never arrived. Now I am battling for my money back. Buyer beware.

I ordered 3 dresses from the PrettyGarden website. I did not a receive email confirmation and no invoice when package arrived. I only received 2 of the 3 dresses I had ordered. Contacted them, they asked for order number and explained I never received one. Now no response from them at all. Do NOT buy from their website!

Need to return/ nowhere to do so!! Way to big-

DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THIS BRAND. They do not stand behind their return policy. I have purchased their clothing on Amazon before. I saw that a particular blouse I wanted was cheaper directly from their site using a discount code. I ended up purchasing 2 different items, both Medium. When they arrived one fit perfectly and the other was humongous. I emailed them for a return but due to the item being on sale I quickly repurchased in a smaller size. They have not responded to any of my emails to provide an address to return the item that doesn’t fit. I’m just out of my money. It’s infuriating. I was trying to save money and ended up wasting money. This company cannot be trusted.

I ordered a dress that arrived very quickly. When I took it out of the package I noticed immediately that there was a large stain (possibly grease) on the bodice and that it smelled strongly of bad perfume. I looked for return instructions on their website only to find this: "Due to business limitations, we currently only accept returns and exchanges at our overseas warehouse. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges." But farther down the page it says to contact them to process returns. Two of the three emails they give you to contact them bounce back as not working addresses. Maybe 10 hours later I got a reply from the one email that did work and they told me to keep the dress and they would give me a 50% refund. I don't think that is really fair since the dress is unwearable with big grease stains on the front. My best guess is that this was a return from someone who had drenched herself in cheap perfume and wore the dress hard. So after this person returned a well-worn, stinky dress they just stuffed it in a plastic bag and sent it to me instead of laundering it or giving me a new, unworn dress. I also think posting a return policy (30 days) and then not taking returns at all and offering me only 50% off instead of the whole amount is really wrong and really bad business. I am chalking this up to a bad company that is seriously unethical and shady.

If I could give no stars, I would. Placed an order that they claim I never placed even though I've showed them the confirmation email from their site. It has been weeks and after customer service being very disrespectful, they now just ignore me. I'm out almost $100.

Very poor quality ,very thin and slow delivery! But the service is appreciate. Allow the return of all the items.
