I came across PrettyLabs Research after going down a rabbit hole about peppers for months. It seemed like every TikTok page I came across it screamed scam or gave me a weird vibe. Shauna is sooo humbling. I instantly felt drawn to her page after just watching a couple of videos and I instantly joined the discord. She’s always enter acting with her viewers and is constantly going live to engage with us in the discord. Shipping is fast as heck and the pricing is even top notch. I have order quite a few peppers from her. The fact that you can tell she loves what she does makes it even better. I literally feel like I have known her for yrs. To start off the prices, quality and shipping are UMMATCHED. Navigating the website is very easy. It's easy to find what you're looking for. It was just updated to remind researchers to not forget their bac water, which is super helpful. Any issues you can come across, opening up a ticket with customer service is easy and they are extremely responsive and respectful 🥰
