Excellent, helped a lot with an issue I had with a product

Frances was amazing, I’d had issues with a couple of returns and felt I was going back and forth with other agents but Frances took complete ownership and made sure I was supported.

Ordered a pair of boots and there was one missing. Message pretty little thing with the mistake and kindly Frances got in contact with me and has sent another order out to me witch I can’t wait to receive! thank you

I had returned an item and it was taking a while to refund me and i contacted PLT customer service through Apple messaging. The response was quick and John that attended to my issue was very polite and friendly. That’s the kind of customer service I love to see!

An item was missing from my dress and at first I was offered 20% off the next order but when I asked for the part that was missing, they offered to send the full item again free of charge and they let me keep the original! I was supposed to receive an order on oct 11 that stated it was delivered however it was never in my possession. I contacted plt to see if something could be done about this and Frances helped me with no issue!

The best, had my first issue today after shopping with plt for years with an order that wasn’t refunded after I returned it however they sorted it with no hesitation. Customer service is hassle free!

DON'T ORDER AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS. First and last order. They were having a sale online and I saw an ad. Check out the website and made my first purchase of 21 items for $330. My order was suppose to come the day after I left for my Hawaii vacation on 9/29/2022. It didn't come and was finally delivered on I believed 10/1/2022. I returned home on 10/3/2022 and was confused by the small package. It weighed only 4lbs and was 1 of 1 package. There was no way it had 21 items inside. It only had 6 items with no invoice and they had the nerve to put complete on the order online. I emailed customer service and DM on Twitter. Got only a response on Twitter where they claimed all the items were scanned and sent to me. I sent pictures of the order and they had to give me a refund. They obviously aren't sending peoples order and are stealing but tell customers things were sent which was not. Avoid the unnecessary frustration by not purchasing from them.

I ordered a few items that totaled about $100. I unfortunately had never received my order and because I had never been through this I had no idea where to start. Ups could not help me much, the post office where my order was suppose to be delivered to advised me to reach out to PLT about the incident. Short story short, took a few hours to hear back but a PLT employee made the process of recovering my items easy and quick. Thanks Frances for all your help again! I was refunded for the items I ordered that were now out of stock and still given the ones available. I was absolutely pleased with their customer service. Thanks PLT!

I’ve made an order including 2 items for next day delivery. Unfortunately only 1 of the parcels were delivered. I had messaged them on Instagram and had Umar and Joseph helping me. Joseph helped me sort it out and had the missing parcel resent it on the fastest delivery method. I’m really happy with the way it was dealt and how fast it was. Thank you

I used the online chat room and twitter to speak to the team with a query i had. They team that answered me were so helpful and kind.

Parcel went astray and I was replied to very quickly by a very helpful man named John. So prompt and helpful. Problem resolved and happy with my purchase

john is the best he was really fast and my problem was solved in few minutes.

Had an order that was way over $500 and I got notification the day before it was suppose to arrive that my order was canceled. Nothing explained and wouldn’t honor my original price. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Had a mix up with my return which was totally my fault. Joesph sorted it out straight away. All done by apple message. Easy and quickly. Nice one Joesph.
