Lovely personalised Baby vest can’t wait to hand it over to my daughter

If I can give this company 0 star I will. Because I had extremely horrible experience with them. I ordered a calendar it has been delivered over 1 month but it has not come at all. I sent email ask where is my item about. They said that the item has been go back to theirs. So they said they will sent it again within 2-3 days. I have been wait about 4-5 days but i has not see my calendar arrive at all. Tried to massage to them again but they never respond ever again. I would never ever get stuff from them again

Bit slow reply to you if they have received order, I had to reply to them. I received my parcel 13/11/19 and I love it thank again you just need to reply to people sooner to let them know that's it's being dispatched or you have received order

I ordered a sequinned cushion for my daughter's birthday. Sadly it didn't work very well and the photograph was too dark on the final product. It was disappointing, but I cannot fault the swift response from Pretty Creations and a speedy refund.

Happy with cushion, although I did a multiple of pictures, I think just one would have stood out better.

I live in Canada so I haven’t yet seen the puzzle as I had it sent straight to England ready for us going home for Christmas. My Mum has it and tells me it’s nice and will make a little boy very happy! It arrived a little bent but nothing a couple of days under the chopping board didn’t fix! The picture I had is lovely all ready to go in the nursery...when I get around to it with the baby!

Disappointed with the material used for the pillow, but otherwise great.

Very happy with the product, although did arrive one date later than the expected delivery date, which was a little inconvenient given it was for a birthday and arrived on the day of the birthday.

I did not receive the professional business cards I ordered. Instead I received some useless ones labelled "Puzzled" with just my telephone number on. My complaint had not been attended to despite several emails.. I would advise buyers not to use this company..

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they would take long to reply my emails. I had a problem with my order so adjusting it took about a week because of the back and forth emails (their replies would come in 2 days later) but they were able to refund my original order and place a new one. So good job!

Terrible delivery service! The quality of the pillow was absolutely awful... The personalised picture was completely distorted. Never again will this company get my money!!!
