Amazing as always

I have been a customer of PPP since it began, I love their products and the effort that goes into their designs. This year I made a change to my usual planner and the item just didn’t work well for me personally. This was my error to be honest as I hadn’t clearly read the description. After speaking with Sian and Adam, I was able to agree a swap for my usual product. It’s likely this cost the company a small amount to resolve for me, but the customer service I received was top tier! I will 100% be sticking with PPP in the future, it’s good to be able to work out a resolution and gives me a lot of confidence in their customer ethos and values. Thanks again…. Also Adam, I knew you’d pick green ☺️

The quality, thought and detail to this company is incredible. I’ve fallen in love with all their products over time and as a stationery connoisseur I would highly recommend them to everyone who loves stationery, planning and organisation!

Pretty perfect products are an incredible small business, their products are such high quality and customer service is unbelievable!

I had a fault with a planner I bought, emailed them (quite late at night) and had a response within 3 hours!! They did not have to respond out of working hours but always go above and beyond for customers. A massive thank you to Shell for the speedy response and resolution, you are so appreciated!

Everything is so beautifully wrapped . I am new to pretty perfect planners and i will be ordering more .
I was told there would be a free gift for the amount spent but i wouldnt lwt that put me off x she is an inspiration to us working so hard with a small family x

Before purchasing my items I did a fair bit of research and am always keen to support small businesses.
I made my initial pre-order purchase on the 10th November and was excited to receive notification on the 24th November that the items had been despatched. I then went onto make purchases during the saturday live at the end of that month. To date there has been no update to my original tracking notice. In a panic I re-ordered my items and received everything in under a week. Whilst I am aware that you are busy the initial response took a while and was extremely disappointing and dismissive'wait a while longer and maybe Royal Mail can help'. No offer of assistance and no reply received to my second email. In my basket are items for further products that I will no longer be purchasing. Luckily, the loss wont break me but still not a small amount to write off. Customer service has let you down.

Update: refund now initiated although I’ve been made to feel like a major inconvenience

With ADHD, my brain is basically a browser with 97 tabs open, 4 frozen, and a mysterious playlist blasting in the background. PPP stepped into that chaos and said:

I first came across PPP in Dec 2024. I was looking for a 2025 diary that was colourful, feminine, big and full of spaces to write in. And I found it with them. Since then, I have bought 10 more of their different products ranging from note books, binders, markers, planners you name it. Their products are high quality, very well professionally done and delivered quickly. They are consistent in building an engaged community and also being true to their brand values. Looking forward to buying more 2026 products.
