When our solar panels stopped working, we reached out to the installer only to find that they had gone out of business. Christina with Prevost Law Firm helped us understand our options and ultimately, guided us to the right people. Christina and Prevost Law Firm are extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us get our solar panels working again. I haven't experienced this level of customer support in a long time. I highly recommend Prevost Law Firm and urge you to give them a call, even if it's just to ask a question or two. Don't trust Neil Prevost. The claim is "we fight for homeowners who have been misled or wronged by the solar panel industry. If you were promised savings that never materialized, misled about tax rebates, left without a warranty after your installer went out of business, or stuck with a system that doesn’t work, we’re here to help". The fact is, you are sucked in believing what is quoted above only to be led on, consistently speaking with "case managers" who provide conflicting, inaccurate, and inconsistent information from someone that seems like they are in a call center drumming up business. After repeated attempts to get clear information and only having excuses and more inaccurate information provided, I express I feel I may need to file a grievance with the TX bar because I feel I'm being deceived as equally as the solar installer. Mr. Neil Prevost calls the next morning to let me know he no longer wants to represent me because he was threatened! WOW There is so much more I could say, but I think this gives good insight... RUN! Do not fall for another scam believing this guy is only out for himself and not those who have been misled or wronged, as his website portrays. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. BE WARNED

Working directly with Mr. Prevost was excellent. Having worked with several attorneys in several fields regarding general real estate matters, I was very pleased with my specific niche case against UCC-1 filings regarding solar liens. Mr. Prevost knew exactly how things would play out in handling the matter and communicated each stage clearly with me as to what I should do and what his team would need from me in the process.
